Vehicle Processing Center

Wish I could give them a negative star. They call me at least every week hocking some crappy warranty. GO AWAY.

Clearly a phone scam. I receive multiple calls a day from this company, when I do answer, they claim to be «the in-​take center for Lexus warranties». When I ask for a supervisor, they say sure, then claim all are in meetings. When I ask to be removed from their list, they hang up. Avoid this company at all costs!

Clearly phone spam. I’ve asked to be removed from their database – in accordance with the Do Not Call list – but considering I’m already on the list and they called me anyway, they clearly have little regard for the law.

I agree with the previous review — this company deserves negative stars.
1) They use wording which «implies» things that aren’t true (example, they are not a representative for any manufacturer)
2) They have called me multiple times despite my telling them «no», or at least implying such. I «implied such» in as much as when they call I ask tehm the name of their company; because «Vehicle Processing Center» sounds like a dept-​within-​a-​company. Usually all I get is «we are the Intake Center», and when I repeat asking teh name of the company, they ususally hang up. It was only this last time wherein the person was willing to state that «Vehicle Processing Center» is the company name, and that they are in California.
*** Normally if you «ask questions» instead of simply answering theirs, the will hang up. A good indication taht they aren’t truly on the up-&-up.
3) They have called me multiple times despite the fact that my phone number is on both the national do-​not-​call list, and the state do-​not-​call list in my state.
They are not. DO NOT BE FOOLED… DO NOT PAY ANY MONEY TO THIS COMPANY.

This business presents themselves as representing various auto manufacturers as a ‘certified provider of auto service contracts’. They are not. DO NOT BE FOOLED… DO NOT PAY ANY MONEY TO THIS COMPANY.
I received a call from them where they tried to sell me an extended warranty for my Chevy Volt claimimg they are ‘certified’ with Chevrolet. They are not. Do not be fooled by their tele-​marketers. If I could give negative stars I would.
If you are searching for an extended warranty product for your vehicle, do yourself a favor and contact the manufacturer of your vehicle or your dealer as they will have accurate and legitimate information.
