This place sucks! Trust me, if I didn’t need the help I wouldn’t be here. I try to avoid coming here like the plague, but because the county can’t get their act together and keep messing up my paperwork I was forced to come down here or risk having my case terminated. Parking is horrible, there is ALWAYS a line for somewhere, they NEVER bother to see you at your scheduled appointment time, and everyone from security to the workers are rude. You’re treated as if you’re basically wasting their time. Believe me, I’m grateful for the help but I dislike being treated as if I’m some poor peasant.

This place is hell. The bathrooms have no seat covers… There is not nearly enough parking…& the employees are usually very rude and don’t do what they say they will do. I have had to come back twice a month to correct things they mess up. They take their time getting to you too.

Although this is a Federal Office with a proper waiting area, the signage is not completely helpful and the workers know that they have to deal with people they don’t really want to be helping. Patience is most important as the employees there do the least possible to assist you. You may be waiting in the long lines before you realize you may be in the wrong line. There are restrooms in the waiting area, somewhat clean, but no supplies (no paper towels).

Just Boo! This location is terrible, it smells, and its dark. Its around bad that most folk that want allot out of life are embarrased to come here but darn we gotta be treated like 3rd world citizens too.

I’m sure not if all DPSS workers are this way but have some humanity and customer service skills! It’s incredulous given I was here for over 8 HOURS only to be told that I needed to wait in yet another LONG line to try to get a simple answer. At least the interviewers are helpful. Only reason DPSS gets 2 stars instead of 1.
