I don’t normally review on Unilocal,but the truly outstanding customer service I’ve experienced at Sudco over several years requires note. They’ve helped me through the many and complex challenges that arise from my compulsive custom carburetor undertakings, and while my questions and favors asked have been plentiful, I’ve never encountered anything but professionalism and that good ol’ can-do attitude seldom found in the corporate world. Out of all the tasks involved in custom motorcycle rebuilds and maintenance, playing around with carburetors has grown to be my favorite part of the process, solely due to the convenience of driving by here to pick up parts and pick the brains of the Sudco crew. Sure beats fiddling around on the interweb dealing with computer generated customer service etc. and waiting around for my parts to be thru-shipped around the nation. Only downside is my gf gets pretty jealous of my absolutely fabulous Mikunis and feels bad about her stock carbs. Wait, that’s just another upside.

I would give zero stars if possible. Just got off the phone with them with a basic jetting questions from one of their products that I purchased from them. The guy who answered the phone was jumpy and was rushing me off the phone the entire time. My question was not only ignored, but no solutions were presented. The guy just wanted to ramble on about my vintage bike having engine work done and me not knowing about it(not the case, it can be, but not in this situation). I know they are the only company that import Mikuni carbs into this country, but I would work with one of their vendors before I worked with them again. I wish this was a one time thing, but this keeps happening with this company. It is now at the point where I dread calling them. I go through their vendors in another state to avoid dealing with them, even though they are in my state and it costs me more. Bottom line if you value your time and money purchase elsewhere.
