Employees are really rude especially the female staff. Customer service really sucks.

Awful food and awful service. Don’t waste your money! The food is old and nasty. You’re better off getting a packaged sandwich from Starbucks!

Worst place in the world, first they didnt have decaf and she looked at me like i was crazy. So i order a small regular coffee, then when i go to put sugar and cream all they have is some dumb stevia packets so i ask her if they have any sugar and she looks at me annoyed and says thats all they have! Like really!?! A coffee shop with no sugar??? Gtfo here, this place is gonna go bankrupt in a few months, rude employees and crap selection. Stay away.

Horrible service, probably one of the worst! The associates here are pathetic, they don’t say hi whatsoever, it’s more of a «what do you want?» Service. If you don’t like your job quit, don’t spend your life being bitter and miserable.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I was in the store earlier today to buy ice cream for my daughter and a witnessed an employee (male with tattoos and big plugs) calling a customer stupid. He was laughing about it as she was offended. I understand it’s hard dealing with indecisive people but that is just ridiculous! If I could give no stars I would. As she proceeded to say «I’m going to give you a bad Unilocal review» he said «go ahead we get so much one more won’t do anything» and that alone shows the poor employment that establishment has. Please close down Prontos (who by the way aren’t very Pronto & take forever to give you your order) and bring a real café or another Starbucks where they treat people with respect!

Been here every time I’m in the area and have had the same thing every time. The breakfast sandwich is absolute delicious and an amazing value at $ 4.50.
Fresh and generous ingredients. Crisp lettuce, soft bread, fresh tomatoes, onions, choice of ham or bacon. Excellent every time.

The ice cream was good but it’s a bit expensive, although they do give amount of ice cream.

The ice cream is decent. However the customer service is beyond horrible. The workers are so rude and to top it off they hand you the ice cream melted to the point where it’s dripping down the cone. Don’t let the long line deceive you.

Their ice cream was super bomb they give you A lot too! Cookies n cream && the Rocky road was delish!

The softest, smoothest ice cream I ever had. It was a blistering hot day in Citadel. Ice cream to beat the heat. And why not? Pronto Café has the ice cream that is delicious. I was so amazed to see that a scoop is humungous. And to my surprise, the price is very very reasonable. And I finished it all. LOL.

I walked right in, got quick help & took my order, the associate made some great recommendations for me. Service was great, the food was prepared nicely and tasty. Really enjoyed my flavor ice coffee… Well done people!

This is an update review. Their iced coffee used to be good. But I recently went and the quality of the iced coffee has drastically decreased. It was acidic, sour, and watered down. I would not get it again.

Terrible, horrific, and unprofessional service! A male worker brought out a new bucket of ice-​cream from the back and put it in the freezer with the other ice-​cream, while this other female worker was serving me. She was extremely rude and inpatient! I asked for strawberry cheesecake and the female worker opened the new bucket of ice-​cream while the male worker stands next to her. GUESS WHAT HE DOES WHEN SHE OPENS THE BUCKET! He sticks 2 fingers deep, straight into the ice-​cream and makes this farting noise and laughs! That is EXTREMELY unsanitary, although he was wearing gloves. I don’t know what he has touched in the back! Don’t come here unless you want unprofessional workers serving you!

Nice little coffee spot. They have ice cream and pastries. But the coffee was actually pretty good. Much better coffee that Starbucks.

This place has no organization whatsoever. I go in and stand in the only line there is for ten minutes only to find that the line that I was standing in was the «ice cream line.» Fine. I go over to the «other register» only to find that the people who had ordered their ice creams before me were in that line already to pay. You guys fail. It was then that I had made my way out of there… pronto.
All I had wanted was a hot coffee, too. Is it really that difficult to walk over to the coffee machine and get me a god damned coffee? Apparently so.

Service is absolute garbage. We ask for ice cream. The guy doesn’t say anything. He just starts scooping. We wanted two scoops but wanted them in different bowls (a «double») because their bowls were too small. Then we check out, and guess what, he charges us for two «singles».
I ask why. Response: you have two bowls. My response: but it’s two scoops… And by the way, the whole time he was frowning at me.
One of the guys said I was rude as I was walking away. I turned to him and said, ‘What? Did you say I was rude? Tell me why I was rude.‘
Let’s just leave it at that.

PC has the traditional good ol’ fashioned flavored ice cream. Perfectly soft enough. Single scoops are awesomely giant sized. Totally shocked and thrilled that my mid-​shopping snack was far from a let down. In fact, best decision of the day. Waffle cones are super fresh. Not too soft or hard or small. All around… «I want more!» Friendly and efficient service. Only thing I would recommend is allowing you to pay for your ice cream before making you balance the cone with the wallet.

Not stroller friendly … Booo! and the ice cream was too soft and mushy. If that makes sense. Good service though :)

Earlier today me and my friend Jerry were waiting outside the Nike Store, waiting for them to open, meanwhile we were waiting, we wanted to get iced coffee and apparently Pronto Café doesn’t open untill 10:00. The employee at pronto only open the doors 30 minuets prior to a employee from nike, and left us outside. That was really rude and disrespectful. The employee from pronto was a blonde girl, about 20 years, with glasses.
I give pronto 2 thumbs down!!!
