Horrible customer service! I went the day before and asked them to hold a shoe for me cause the sales person said, «All sales are final.» He quoted the price for me $ 19.99. I checked with my daughter and confirmed her size and style. Then I asked my sister to pick it up for me cause she is close by. She went back the next day and the price changed to $ 29.99. The shoes had no tag, and instead of taking it from a clearance section, they scan a tag from the wall section, which was regular price, and charged us. They refused to give us difference and refused to allow us to return. Never going back to this store!

parking– come early and the parkng isnt bad. but after 12pm it can get bad unless you get lucky. thre are some 20 – 40 min parking next to starbucks if you need to return something really quick or get a quick bite and leave. environment– crocs location is pretty big for their type of shoe. sales greet customers when they come in. occasionally follow-up on customers or to checkup on shoe size. personal experience: my aunt wanted to buy some sandals, but they didnt have her size. the sales associate tried to look in the back for sizes, they didnt have it. she said we can order it online. so she used the store’s ipad to process the order, before we started we asked if they mail to hawaii she said no… but on the croc’s website it clearly says, «Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands may take 3 – 4 weeks via Economy delivery.». she obviously didn’t ask the right person nor know anything. so we decided to send the shoes to my cousins house. after trying to process it, she didnt let us double check before confirming it. we noticed that the address was short a 0 and we asked what to do. she couldn’t figure it out b/c the system literally froze and she just made sure we got the confirmation email and walked up. BUTWHILEWEWEREFILLINGOUTTHESHIPPING/BILLING INFO I FELTTHATTHESALESWEREVERYINAPPROPRIATE. the sales all grouped together near by the cashier area and talked about partying and how turnt up they were gonna get out loud. once in a while we would hear them cussing. there was other customers near by with kids. those poor kids ear’s are ruined now. but going back to the story: she left us alone, and couldnt figure out what to do. bc when she refreshed the ipad thing, it went to a new link so she said to just call customer service the next day. when i called the next day it was already too late, because customer service for Crocs on orders online are to be called within 30 min. and they couldnt do anything about it. these sales need to be trained properly on information and what to do when things go wrong, they literally dont know anything. if i could give a 0 star i would. sorry not coming back!

Selection is fine but the store is a mess. Shoes under the wrong price signs. Staff rearranges shoes while guests are shopping so you can’t tell what prices correlate with which shoes. Poor customer experience.

I am not a fan of Crocs because they don’t make cute pumps or wedges. Located at the Citadel outlet, this store is super new and the workers are super helpful. It is well stocked, nicely organized and the price seems to be super cheap. 3 stars!
