I went to the Upper Arlington Trek store on Lane Avenue in my search for a new bike. I’d been to a few of the local shops in Clintonville, but kinda had my heart set on a Trek. I guess I didn’t look like a customer because it took about 10 minutes for someone to bother with me even though I was standing on top of the displays, caressing the bikes. Finally Scott came over. He must be new or something because he didn’t appear to know much about the bikes or offer any type of information to me to make an educated purchase. C’mon – get your staff up to speed if you’re selling expensive equipment. He set me up to ride a couple styles. I left more confused as to what bike I should buy. Thankfully, I headed to the Dublin store the next day and had a great experience there.

Just had one of the best customer service experiences… Chis(Fit Specialist) was excellent… he weighed my needs against the options perfectly. This is my favorite Trek location, be sure to ask for Chris Freter, Fit Specialist.

Love this store. Super friendly staff and a great selection of bikes. Though I purchased my Trek road bike elsewhere, I’ve found the service department here to be a fantastic resource and have not been disappointed.

I have been here 4 times and had poor service each time. The first time the sales person stopped helping me to answer the phone and spent 5 minutes talking to that customer. When I went in last week to buy shoes the salesman was at the computer, looked up enough to say hi, then went back to the screen.

This is a great Trek location. The store is big, open, and bright. The staff is all super friendly. Everything is clearly marked and its layout makes sense. They have the added benefit of housing Backroom Coffee Roasters in their backroom(duh!) as well so they sell coffee by the pound and by the cup in the shop.
