Came by here because my fiancé and I needed to get my ring resized. The staff were incredibly courteous and friendly, and they tried to make the entire process as painless as possible. We encountered a few logistical issues while dropping off the ring, mainly due to the way the Tiffany’s internal system works, so that slowed us down quite a bit. Pick-up was a lot faster, although it did take them a few minutes to locate my ring. That aside, it came back exactly the size I needed, and I was prepared to happily depart… when I found that some obnoxious twat of a housewife stole my umbrella that I’d left by the door. Thankfully, the staff were able to locate another umbrella for me(it was heavily storming outside, hence the reason I’d had the foresight to bring my own), but seriously! Who steals an umbrella? She probably could’ve just asked the staff for one if she really needed it that badly! RIP umbrella, you will be missed.

I’ve shopped here many times and the staff are always knowledgeable and helpful. I got my wife’s engagement ring here after having shopped at many places. I initially thought the extra money for a Tiffany’s diamond is just for the name, but after looking another places, Tiffany’s is truly special and well above many of their competition. Although many of their jewelry are overpriced, I DO believe their diamonds are worth the price.

This place is as good as it gets. Got my engagement ring here, and the staff was super helpful. I might have even been dressed like a schlub, but still got top service. There are a lot of shady jewelry places out there, buying from Tiffany gives you the piece of mind that you are getting one of the best products that you can buy. That all goes without saying.

My aunt and uncle bought me a bracelet from this location for my birthday and shipped it out to me in California. Unfortunately the bracelet had a defect and the charm broke off after only wearing it a few times. I am not near a T&Co. in California so I called this location and spoke with Maja about exchanging my broken bracelet. She had me send my bracelet back to this location and she sent me a new one. I expected good service from a high end company like T&Co., but Maja went above and beyond. I am so pleased with the customer service provided by T&Co. and although I have never been to this location, I would highly recommend it. Thanks Maja!

Great store! We bought wedding bands from here and could not be happier with the rings or the staff. We arrived in shorts, t-shirts and flip flops, were treated with first class service and although we don’t regularly buy jewelry; when we do it will be from here. We expected some level of high end«douchebaggery» but were pleasantly surprised with how pleasant the staff was, even the security officers were welcoming.

Not all of it is über expensive but the vast majority is but who in their right mind would turn down any gift in that iconic box? If you get jewelry from here you can always bring it back in for checkups or cleaning but if it is silver or titanium(I think) there is a $ 15 charge for the cleaning. But when you get your jewelry back it sparkles like new! If you want to sweep your sweetie off his or her feet you can find something that won’t break your bank in here.

We went several times before deciding on an engagement ring and were treated well each time, unlike some other places, which was refreshing given the fact that it’s Tiffany and they didn’t even give us attitude for not buying the first time. Because we went more than once, we worked with several salespeople, and they were all patient with us and answered our questions. My husband finally went back to make the final purchase and had a great experience with it. We got a zero interest payment plan as well which allowed us to pay over 1 year instead of all at once. Now I can go back for free ring cleanings any time, it takes less than 2 minutes, and it comes out looking amazing every time. I get compliments on my ring all the time, and it’s just because of how the diamond sparkles in the light, you can’t help but notice it. All their diamonds are top quality. Very happy with how things turned out. I also don’t have to worry if I need any servicing in the future because it’s Tiffany. The brand has a great reputation, and I can be assured that nothing will go wrong.

I could not be more disappointed in how we were treated at Tiffany’s today. We were not spoken to once until my husband joined our group. Only then did someone approach us(after we had been standing at one case for twenty minutes and there were two to three available employees the entire time). No one offered any details about the piece of jewelry we were looking at. We were treated with zero respect and looked at as if we were rats on a dirty street. I’ve had my eye on a yellow diamond for some time now and was planning to purchase today. They lost our business forever. We will go somewhere else and spend the $ 25,000 we set out to spend at Tiffany’s.

I went to Tiffany’s a while back to check out some the beautiful Picasso collection that I saw online. The sales professional, Stephanie Sharp, was extremely helpful and gracious and she did not try to push anything on me. I did end up buyng the ring that I was looking for and even a cute trinket necklace from the Picasso colelction. I love the privacy and decadence of this Tiffany store in particular because the windows are blacked out and no one can see you shopping the beautiful displays.

I have such a sweet dad. My parent’s anniversary(37 years!) was earlier this week and my dad, being such a great guy, bought my mom a Tiffany & Co ring that she remarked that she had liked in passing conversation. The problem was, we didn’t know her size. I tried to hint. I tried to be sneaky. The best I could do was steal one of her old rings and get it sized. Unfortunately, it still wasn’t the right size. So, my dad asked if I could take it back up there to get a different size. Of course! Go into someplace so fun and sparkly?! Yeah! I love the staff here. They are so nice and want to make sure everything is perfect whether you’re getting a $ 150 necklace or a $ 30,000 watch. I do feel that sometimes the selection at Tiffany gets a bit old. They always seem to have the same things there time after time that I go, and it would be nice to have a little bit of a shake up. Especially on those items that you’re not sure will ever come back.
