This review is for the repair department/customer service. I sent my speedy 30 via mail to have a zipper tab replaced because my city doesn’t have a Louis Vuitton store. I called a few days later to ensure it had been received and to get a time estimate on when it would return to me. Because I had mailed it in, the woman I spoke to on the phone could not tell me if it had been received(she wasn’t in the physical store), however said she would get ahold of the repair dept. right away and have them give me a call. I appreciated her kindness and professionalism. Promptly the next day, I received a voicemail from Steve, explaining that they did receive my bag and a brief overview of the process. He assured me I would have it within 3 business days. Sure enough, it arrived 2 days later. To my surprise and delight, the repair was completely free. They also placed my purse in a nice Louis Vuitton dustbag inside of a Louis Vuitton shopping bag. I bought my speedy used, so I never had the chance to have these things. I consider them a free bonus gift. So, thank you Steve and Louis Vuitton Easton! I will definitely give you my business next time I need a repair or am looking for my next Louis.

I was weary of going in to exchange a bag I had bought in Chicago. I had read a lot of complaints that LV gives you a hard time about exchanging items bought at different locations. That was definitely not the case here. I was assisted by Jay, who was so nice the whole time. He helped me create my mon monogram neverfull, and also helped me choose one other item. He didn’t try to sell me the more expensive item, he helped me choose what would work best for me. Everyone was very friendly here. Not your typical snooty SA’s.

Best customer service and sales associate going above and beyond is why I exclusively shop at Louis Vuitton Easton!!. My first time shopping at the Louis Vuitton at Easton Town Center was last summer. Up until then I had mainly purchased online or when at a random store when vacationing. From the start I knew this boutique was special. I was immediately warmly greeted by the staff, and the sales associate(Abigail M.) was very knowledgeable allowing plenty of time for me to select the perfect item. Over the past year I have continued to shop exclusively with this store(in person/via mail) even though I live out of state. They are fantastic! The service is second to none. When I am able to visit the store my Sales Associate Abigail is always sure to have the items in stock that I would like to preview. She also has went the extra mile to locate a hard to find item that has sold out. Each time I step into Louis Vuitton Easton it feels like a little escape from the crazy hustle of real life and allows me to be pampered a bit by this wonderful staff. The store is open, sleek, and very lovely. One recommendation I can make especially if this is your first time visiting Louis Vuitton and you would like to learn more about the brand is to visit on a weekday! It is much less busy and will allow you additional time in finding the perfect piece! :) I would like to address a previous reviewer about the showroom not having everything and it being a big disappointment. The boutique at Easton is just that, a boutique. It is NOT a flagship store, nor is it a store located in a major metropolitan city(New York City, Tokyo, London) so it won’t have the ready to wear line, shoes, and highest end handbags, etc. While it would be fabulous for LV Easton to carry every item this isn’t realistic for the Columbus market. Every time I have visited they have always had a nice inventory on hand. If an item was out of stock it could be ordered in within a day or two.

Good selection of women’s latest bags and men’s wallets, but even if they have it in the showroom, there’s a chance they don’t have the merchandise in stock, especially if it’s over $ 2000. They have some of the men’s wallets, but not everything. There are no clothes, no suits, and no shoe which is a big disappointment.

Worst customer service ever My purse had upholstering I bought it two weeks ago yes I carried it it’s a purse but the string wrapped they choose me of breaking the string Really I took care of my purse is supposed to be quality you should back it up they offered me free repair disperses two years old they should’ve replaced it without accusing me of ripping the string horrible service as I’m sure was not the managers fault this young girl had no clue what to say except for I’m sorry really you’re sorry this ring came apart on a $ 2000 purse quality assurance please replace the product do not use the customer
