So here is the scoop — this location is always super busy. It’s right down the road from my work and the most convenient stop when I need a little extra pick me up. Like, I mean… real busy. Like… sometimes annoying busy but they make up for it. Let me tell you why. So, the employees… they sing and joke and have a very fun atmosphere amongst themselves… that’s a great thing to see as a customer! And ofcourse, they extend the same warmth to their customers… so kind and nice. This one time at band camp… bahaha…just joking. This one time in the drive through the speaker was having issues and some ladies were out taking orders in the cold, relaying them to the inside by foot. They had to put up with some pissy customers and did so gracefully. I aplaud their troubleshooting and patience with the public!

This is my «work Starbucks» and it’s perfectly aight. I can usually get a seat near an outlet and they’ve never messed up my drink. The baristas are friendly sometimes, and sometimes they’re just polite, but they’re never rude or anything. One did misspell my name right after I spelled it for him, but I won’t be salty about that for too much longer. Probably. I come here because it’s fairly convenient to where I live but the wait is often loooong thanks to the drive-thru. This is definitely not a place to go in when you’re in a hurry. The chairs are also really not very comfortable at all.

As always, the coffee is good. It is Starbucks-the coffee will always be good. The wait… TERRIBLE! I went through the drive thru thinking it would be a quick stop because there were only 5 cars in front of me; 30 minutes later I got my coffee. Then the Starbucks app asked me if I wanted to leave a tip? My tip… do better.

I go to this Starbucks because it’s on my way to work and it has a drive thru. It is always busy. Sometimes I get thru the drive thru quickly and some times I’ll wait 10 – 15 min before I get to the window. Ive always had good friendly service from the Baristas. Recently I’ve had them give me the wrong drink twice. Not sure if they have new employees or what but I’m not a happy camper when I am looking forward to my favorite and I don’t get it. lol

Been here many times. I hoped over time that service and the environment would improve, it did for awhile and crash and burned this morning. Employees starting knowing my name and drunk was consistently good. But today… where do I start. It took over ten minutes for someone of a staff of 8 employees to give some reconfiguration that myself and another customer even existed. The staff was scrambling, yelling over a the panic of no pepperoni and getting two drinks ready for the drive thru service. Are you kidding me??? It took a total of 20 minutes to finally put my coffee order when the place was empty. It took seconds to get the drive thru orders done but another 10 to get my order. This place has no idea how to give good service. I had no time to request another drink since they burned the milk in my drink I was already running late because of them.

Great coffee, very slow service in the store. I have been going to this location every day for the last month and a half. I always go in the store. This morning was typical — 7 employees in the store, line of 3 people inside. Took over 10 minutes to get coffee. Person at counter disappears for minute or more after each customer to do some task leaving everyone waiting. This happens after every customer. Remaining 6 people seem focused on other things, so it’s a hurry up and wait.

I chose to stop by this location because it’s the only Easton Starbucks that actually has a drive-through, and I didn’t want to fight for a spot in the mall parking lot just so I could grab a tiny frappuccino. That turned out to be a mistake. I’m pretty sure that, in the time it took for me to get through the drive-through(note that there were at most 4 cars in front of me), I probably could have parked, walked to Starbucks, ordered, received my drink, and gotten back in my car. Whatever, drive-thru’s are pretty hit-or-miss at times. I would’ve still given this place at least 3 stars, since the barista on the speaker/mic was pretty helpful(although she was a bit condescending towards me when I made a custom request on my drink and they weren’t able to fulfill it), but when I got to the pick-up window, I heard them making fun of me because I’d asked for sugar-free syrup in my drink. I’m not sure why it’s anyone’s business whether I opt to order normal or sugar-free, but it’s pretty rude to mock someone for it when they’re sitting right there at the window and can hear you. Not that I really care what they think of me as long as they made my drink right, but I’m not even 100% sure they did that since the drink receipt didn’t show the custom requests I put in. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt, but honestly, I probably won’t be hitting up this location again, even if I do want drive-thru.

I ran through this Starbucks this morning and got my standard drink — an iced latte. It was a very slow wait, which was not a problem for me– I’m patient and everybody wants to get caffeinated before work. When I got up to the microphone, the woman asked what I wanted and I told her an iced latte. I had to repeat myself about 3 times because she could not understand me — no big deal, maybe the microphone was acting up. She cut me off and told me to pull forward before I could also order apple juice for my son. I figured maybe she was new or in a hurry or both. Anyway, when I got up to the window she was rude to me– she acted like I had personally offended her, which is really a first for my customer service experiences at Starbucks. Normally, they seem super nice and friendly. She shoved the drink at me and said«here» and then closed the info before I could say thank you and I was left feeling confused about the whole experience. Don’t get me wrong, I know that baristas are people too! Anyone can have a bad day. Between the wait, no being able to order my son’s apple juice and the weird treatment I’ll probably avoid this particular Starbucks in the future.

I love Starbucks, so this review is simply for this location. It’s clean, the baristas are always friendly, and they do well. The only downside is that sometimes you wait quite a while in the drive thru. But to me, that’s to be expected. It is in the middle of Easton. :shrugs: Overall, it’s a good location. It’s just on the busy side. Service inside is usually a bit faster. :)

I have never really had a great experience here. Most of my complaint is due to lack of stock. Way to often are they out of my favorite treat or out of a certain ingredient for a drink. The service is always slow too. Maybe I’m just used to a wow experience at every other Starbucks location which makes this one seem average. There are two locations at Easton Town Center, one in a stand alone store and one within a Barnes and Noble. I would recommend going there over this one. The parking makes this one convenient, but the service is not ideal.

Every morning I come here because it’s the only coffee shop on my way to work and every single morning I wait at least 15 – 20 minutes. The slowest service i’ve ever had. Not very friendly, no one smiles, the girl on the intercom seems confused most of the time. Unfortunate I have to go to this one.

This is the only close Starbucks that has a drive thru but I regret it every time. No matter what time of day, it’s always a 15 –20 minute ordeal. Their drive thru is poorly set up and I’ve been cut out of line after waiting several minutes, on numerous occasions. After waiting 10 minutes in line, for some idiot to cut you off and get in line ahead of you, REALLY makes it a poor experience. The coffee is good and their staff is always nice so I still continue to wait in line. That and I’m lazy in the morning and would rather sit in my car and cuss out the idiots who cut me off rather than go in. I’m not pleasant before caffein.

The drinks were decent – as expected from a Starbucks – but the barista didn’t call out the drink loud enough. I was lucky because I sat near the register and I was able to hear her. Also, I’m starting to notice that SB rarely calls you by name even if you’re a gold star member – like their promise. Meh. If the mens restroom door knob turns but the door doesn’t open easily, just think it’s as heavy as a revolving door and push a bit more. For some reason it gets stuck and it’s easy to think there’s a person inside. Also, they must use just water to mop the floor because it stunk. They should get pinesol or something because the floor smell was very unpleasant – clean but stinky. Other than that, it’s a great location with many seatings and wall outlets! Oh, and I don’t know why the other reviewers are getting excited about the drive-thru. It’s been there at least since 2012. –_-??

I was so excited to find a Starbucks DRIVETHRU so close to work. I had been going to the Easton one in the mall and it was a pain. The baristas here are super friendly and the line in the drive thru moves fast. The one time it took a long time, they gave me my drink FREE They have the scanners for the Starbucks app too, which makes it really easy to pay and get rewards.
