We have bought all our mattresses from here over the past two decades, as our family grew and changed. They offer great selection, great customer service, interest-free payment plans, and high quality products. I would definitely recommend this location and this business.

My wife and I wanted to get a better queen mattress for our RV and this was the closest mattress store to where we were at the time… so we went in. There were two guys working, an employee and manager who promptly greeted us and jumped in sales guy mode asking questions while we were testing different mattresses. I told him that it was for our RV and we were pretty sure that it wasn’t a standard queen but some type of short queen. He told us that he’s sold a bunch of mattresses to RV owners that a standard queen would fit and that it might be a bit«puffy» but would eventually settle and adapt to the size constraints… this sounded a bit odd to me as well as bologna… how could he know the size of our RV mattress? We wanted to spend around $ 500 but the mattress we liked was priced at $ 900. After trying to convince us we needed it, we refused, he tried to force a $ 700 mattress on us which we didn’t like. After refusing that one we were about to leave and he basically begged us to stay and said he’d talk to his manager about a better price on the $ 900. A couple of minutes later he came back at $ 650. I told him that was good and we would consider it but we had a budget of $ 500 and wanted to look at other places. He had us wait again and went and talked to his manager again… they came down to $ 550 if we’d buy it today. I asked him what would happen if it didn’t fit… he showed us their corporate return policy that allows returns for up to 60 or 90 days(can’t remember exactly). He said to just leave it in the packaging and fit it… if it didn’t fit then he would take it back no questions asked. This is where I made my mistake. I purchased the mattress and it needed to be picked up from their warehouse… so having buyers remorse not being sure it would fit I had them give me the measurements and went to my RV and measured the space… the mattress was too big by about 10″, there was no way it would fit. I returned to the store the next day and he tried to convince me it would squeeze in 10″ and to at least try it, I refused and just asked for my money back… I never ever picked up or received the mattress. After some more negotiating they agreed to refund my money. Two weeks later, no refund… I called the store… they had«misplaced» my return and assured me they would file it today and it would take up to 4 days. A week later, still no money… this time it was processing. Another week, still no money. I called back and told them they had two more weeks before I issued a chargeback. They said they called corporate and it was in process and should be anytime soon. I gave them an extra week(which was almost two months at this point) and then I called my credit card company and had them issue a chargeback and a week later I had my money thanks to the CC company. I can’t imagine what would have happened if I had actually picked up the mattress and took possession of it. I doubt I would have ever seen my money again. I wouldn’t trust this company to keep to their promises since they can’t handle something as simple as a refund on an item I never received. Add high pressure sales tactics and this place gets a 1 star rating from me. I ended up getting a custom made mattress for the same price from the Original Mattress Factory that was cut to size to match my RV and saved $ 100 and was built locally. Best thing was they kept to their word and didn’t have high pressure tactics.
