1st — they answered their phone. That seems to be the biggest issue I’ve run into lately (contractors not being responsive). Rep showed up on time, was professional and informative. Installed a new sump pump for the typical going rate which is just over $ 400.
We had torrential rain today and that pump earned its weight in gold. Worked continuously throughout the evening without issue. Good product, good service– thumbs up.
