I had a groupon for 3 massages. I chose to have my massages leading up to and the day before my wedding. The first two were great. The third however was horrible. I chose the same massage therapist for all 3 massages, so I assumed I would receive the same quality throughout. On the day before my wedding, when I needed the massage to be better than ever, I noticed my therapist would use one hand and the same motion over and over– getting slower and then speeding up. While she was by my head and I was on my stomach, I heard another sound just as she went to one hand. I can’t be positive since I didn’t SEE it for myself, but I think she may have been on her phone. I will never go back to Elements Massage. Such a disappointment.

I am always skeptical about going to a large chain massage place that usually ends every massage with a sales pitch for a membership.(Looking at you, Massage Envy). I recently gave Elements Massage a try and was pleasantly surprised. You are able to book online and they usually have same day appointments. I never know when I’m going to want a massage so it’s very nice to know that I should always be able to get in on a whim. Albertina was my masseuse and she was wonderful. I prefer light to medium pressure and the whole experience was so relaxing. We talked before the massage about areas of focus and when she came in the room, she made sure the table temperature was alright and the lighting and then there was no talking from then on(which I prefer!) This was probably one of the best massages I have ever received. After the massage, I proceeded to the front desk where I assumed I was going to get the membership shpeal and completely fall out of relaxation mode. I didn’t! So refreshing. She asked me if i had any questions and I asked her about the membership. She was clear and concise with the information without any pressure to buy on the spot. Because of this, I am more inclined to become a member, and I’m 95% sure I am going to do that tomorrow. So far, I’m a fan!

Touch me, rub me, now! I was in town on business and decided to try to see if there were any last minute appointments available after work. Gave them a call and was able to get in no problem. The location is off to the newer part of the Easton conglomerate… at this time not much else of interest right in that area — so parking was not remotely an issue. Since it was my first visit, I was able to take advantage of the first time offer $ 49 for the first hour. I was able to select the type of massage I wanted(deep tissue vs. relaxation). My LMT was very personable and did a great job. I was definitely relaxed and got some knots worked out so it was a fab session. Good experience!

Let’s start with the good! This place is in a great location being stationed in the new part of Easton that still being built up. The receptionists were kind and hospitable, everything was clean and fresh… so my bad experience I’m hoping was a one time only deal. I often prefer deep tissue massages mainly because of how I work. On this day, my spouse and I were in the same room. Relaxation massage for them, Deep Tissue for me. My masseuse initially got off to a good start then I noticed these long pauses followed by a quick jerk in his routine. Well, this happened more than 4 times to the point where I actually heard snoring. Yes, my masseuse often fell asleep during my massage. He halfway did my legs(which I mentioned were the focal point), he barely took time on my feet, never touched my arms, attempted to use pressure points which weren’t executed properly. At the end he shook me and asked how I felt. When both therapists left the room I looked at my spouse who looked as if cloud 9 was their new home. When addressing this matter at the front desk, the original receptionists were gone and the new shift did absolutely nothing about it. I truly believe that was money wasted. I would’ve appreciated someone different if the older gentleman that did my massage was tired, or at best, some sort of compensation. I can’t say this place is horrible only my experience was horrible.

Advertised a 55 minute massage and it was only 40 minutes. LMT had severe reaction when the environmental air unit came on. Several sneezes and cups of water later we finished our massage. Overall massage and modality was fine, but not spectacular.

My massage with Katie was really great. She listened to what I wanted and customized the massage to my needs. The ladies at the front desk were super nice and the atmosphere was professional and relaxing. The only reason I took one star off is because of the price. For your first visit, it’s only $ 49 for a 55 minute massage, but after that it’s $ 89 unless you join their wellness program. This seems very high compared to some other places in the area, but I don’t get massages frequently so I could be wrong.
