Being from Dallas, Chili’s is my main go to sit down at CPC(the chain started in Dallas) because it reminds me of home. The servers are all friendly, the drinks are on point(that triple berry margarita tho), and the food is excellent. Not many people from this area are used to Tex-Mex, especially when it comes to mangoes and chilies being added to seasoned meats. I’m not knocking people who don’t like it, but if you aren’t used to it, I can totally see it as being a turn-off. However, this is the closest to Tex-Mex I can get, and it certainly rarely disappoints. Brandy, the GM, is always friendly, and she keeps the staff motivated on the floor(plus, she’s also a Dallasite, so it’s nice to know someone from back home is running a Chili’s lol).

They were out of multiple things by 1pm(corn dogs, chocolate milk for kids). They messed the order up, forgot things and had to go back and have it made or brought the wrong thing entirely. They forgot my soup so had to wait for that, they brought corn on cob for daughter instead of corn kernels. I asked for the sizzling citrus sirloin(medium well) with avacado on asparagus and received a plate that wasn’t sizzling, had no asparagus, and was extremely well done. It took the waitress 10 minutes to bring me a refill after she said she would be back with it, she brought the wrong drink back. I will not be going back unless the manager is fired since there was a lot wrong with the entire visit. And now that I am looking at my bill before I pay… I see they are charging me for things I didn’t receive.

I hate the use of he ziosk. The kids will nag nonstop to play. Food overall was bland and tasteless. We had to wait 20 minutes for drink refills. The food was lukewarm and my tacos were horrible. There was a bone or a very hard piece of meat in the middle. I thought I chipped my tooth.

The service was excellent. The food was brought out in a timely manner. While the portions, at first glance, seemed small. But upon digging in, oh yeah, needed to-go boxes. The waitress, Jasmine, was impressive. The option to pay with the Ziosk was an awesome idea.

Something for everyone at a reasonable price. The new chili’s rewards app makes it fast to earn free food. 2 for $ 20 mrals are a good deal.

Came here a few days ago with my daughter for some lunch. We were seated as soon as walking in. The waiter was kind & patient and took our drink orders and gave us as much time as we needed to pick our meals. Their Corona-Rita’s is a must drink. The meal took awhile to arrive at our table but we finally were served and also love how they have the tablet in table to make kids entertained while waiting and using it for the same purpose of paying your meal without the hassle of waiting up front.

I stopped in TO Go section today to order a couple of salads for a meeting. A sign at register said to «see bartender to place order». I proceeded to bar, sat down with menu that I found at entrance. THREE employees were in bar area. I was not greeted or asked if I needed anything. Two employees walked out and the other was on the phone explaining to someone how«she left him». Very unprofessional and apparently they do not need any business. Good to know. Fridays greeted me enthusiastically and took care of me instantly.

Out of all the restaurants on this strip I cost chili’s because there were no cars in the parking lot. Walked and was told there would be a 15 minute wait. Umh OK. Go to the restroom and on they way see 8 tables unoccupied with food and dishes needing to be cleared. Umh ok. Get to the restroom and both paper towel rollers are empty, floor soaked and tissue wet and everywhere. On the way back to the front I see about 6 waiters/waitress standing B.S. ing with who else the Manager. I’m now eating right across the street at TGIF. Sad.

Came here for dinner three times this month already and food was delicious. I love their margaritas too and staff has been so friendly. I think I found my new fav restaurant in Columbus.

Since Chili’s revamped their menu this place is pretty good. The family and I have been here twice recently and the food was very good and tasted wonderful. The only reason I wouldn’t give this place 5 starts is the service was a little slow both times we were here. I do love the new table side kiosks that allow you to pay and order drinks from your table without waiting for the waiter or waitress.

Had an early dinner at this location today. The serving staff left much to be desired. All of them seemed tired and, frankly, unhappy to be there. There was not one smiling face or peppy attitude amongst them. Although very few people were in the restaurant, my waiter(Mike) was extremely slow. I had to ask for napkins, containers, the bill, and the bill to be collected while three members of the service staff chatted with the hostess two feet from me. All glanced in my direction. Three waiters attempted to close the shade of a window beside me without asking permission. I had specifically requested that table because it was the only sunny spot in the entire restaurant– all other shades had been closed. The food was mediocre and the service was horrible. I am in town on business for an entire month and I eat out daily. This location will NOT be getting any more business from me nor a recommendation.

Typical Chili’s. This location is always busy but they do a good job of turning tables over quickly. Food is average. Service is usually great. The nice thing about a chain like Chili’s is you always know what you are going to get: food preparation, décor, everything is exactly the same. However, if you are visiting Columbus and looking for a local culinary adventure, there are plenty of restaurants I’d go to before this one.

Decided to go to chili’s because we were in the mood for fajitas. We started out with an appetizer of chips and salsa with chili and cheese dip. The dishes were all dirty and had left over food from prior patrons. My wife ordered fajitas and they were bleeding when she got them so we sent them back. They finally came back and we finished the meal despite the nasty dishes. I had pulled out my card to pay when a pile of dishes came raining down on my head and broke over my head and landed in my lap. The waiter decided to load the dishes up on a large platter above my head on the partition separator. He decided to try to pick them up with one hand while looking in another direction talking to someone. My five year old daughter and myself ended up totally covered in chili, salsa, and the rest of our food to include the nasty fajitas. They offered me $ 5 coupons to make up for it. I will never eat here again. Nasty and incompetent workers.

We went as a family on a weekday between the lunch and dinner hours, so we were seated promptly and attended to just as promptly. The place was quiet which was perfect. I have to say that I was impressed with how our waiter accomodated to my grandmother. She wasn’t sure if a soup was spicy, so she asked for a little sample of it. He immediately gave her a small bowl, which she liked and that was all she had(in terms of the soup), and they didn’t charge us extra! It was perfect! Three words– chicken enchilada soup. You must try it if you’ve never had it!

Had excellent service at this Chili’s. The food was what you would expect from Chili’s. I would recommend this location. It’s ran right.
