First off, Michele was a fantastic server! We never needed to flag her down. She was very attentive and friendly. Even though we came in on a Saturday evening we only had to wait about 5 minutes. Hubby had the clam chowder and sweet chili shrimp and liked it. Slightly spicy but not overwhelming so you can still taste everything. I opted for a side salad, grilled garlic shrimp, rice and green beans with tomatoes. It was pretty good. Not a bad choice for our anniversary dinner.

This Red Lobster looks really cool on the outside. The food was great, and my server did a good job. I was hesitant about eating here at first based on other reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised with the great experience and good food.

While the Shrimp Scampi offered some reprieve, I was unable to get passed what can only be classified as no service as opposed to poor service. There were nearly no other diners in the restaurant, but there was still a 15 minute wait for drink orders. Then the wait staff seemed to make it a point of habit to avoid providing any semblance of customer service. The delicious rolls don’t make up for the poor/careless service, and mediocre main course. While I am normally a fan of Red Lobster, after three attempts at this one my only recommendation would be to stay away from this one at all costs.

Got a gift card for Xmas. Haven’t been there in years now I remember why. Salad 90% white iceberg lettuce 1 tomato some cheese and croutons. Breaded shrimp platter… Either take the $ 9 they charge and buy your own frozen from the grocery or spend a few $ more and go to Bone Fish. Husband had fish tacos which were ok. All very average and obviously pre-packed frozen lower quality seafood.

The best thing about this location was the service. The wait was very minimal and the waitress was very attentive. However, the quality of Red Lobster’s food leaves a lot to be desired. I had the endless shrimp. It wasn’t terrible by any means but definitely not something I would go back for. Stay away from the pineapple habanero shrimp unless you really like the taste of artificial coconut.

Food was good, but had to wait a long time to get anything. Not good for people that are hungry. Also, noticed that waiters don’t take care of their trays and just leave them around having to have customers walk around then.

Taste: C– Price: D Service: B+ Cleanliness: A– Atmosphere: B– They should call this place«Small, Overpriced Lobster» because that’s what they really have. For over $ 30, you can get their signature lobster, which is so small that it will no doubt leave you wondering whether you should cut it in smaller pieces to savor the taste or just shove it in in one mouthful. This place should also be called, «Buttered Lobster» because unless you specifically ask them not to, they drown everything they serve in a bucket of butter. This includes their fish, asparagus, peas, potatoes, and even their complimentary biscuits. I ordered their chili shrimp expecting a decent size plate for $ 8.99. There were about 7 – 8 pieces total(jeez). I was underwhelmed by their salmon and trout. Both tasted buttery bland– almost like they were purchased from the local Sam’s Club and tossed on the grill by amateur chefs. For the prices of $ 15+, you would expect something more. Service was decent, but nothing noteworthy. Overall, it was an underwhelming experience. I doubt I will be going back.

Since it was a Friday on a military payday weekend it was extremely busy. Come for dinner our wait was about 40 mins. Got there roughly around 7:30pm didn’t get seated til maybe around 8:10 ordered our drinks and appetizer. Placed our entrée order at 8:20. While waiting we finished our beverages and appetizer they gave us our sides and food didn’t come out til 9:20. Other than that bar harbor lobster bake is amazing. Really wish they had like a seafood spaghetti. Lobster and shrimp spinach dip is amazing as well. I’m in love with that mango Maitai they have. Wish they had a lobster mac and cheese for the kids menu since it is seafood. The service was long but great food. Our waitress was really friendly and welcoming and made sure we were doing okay and that we had refreshments. Would I go back? Depends on the wait, but would love if red lobster expended their menu. Me being an islander raised in the pacific know what good seafood is and this just isn’t that good. They whole menu seems to be almost the same.

Hadn’t been to this restaurant in a long time. Read reviews that it had slipped somewhat. We had an excellent server and the appetizer, salads and main course were excellent. Would definitely eat here again.

I ordered the 4 course for $ 15.99 deal. Salad, chicken tortilla soup, grilled tilapia with veggies, and a brownie. Everything was great! I really loved the vegetable medley. The brownie could have been more gooey, which is why I docked a star. Our waiter was so sweet and VERY fast! As soon as I took my last sip and put my empty cup down, a full one would be set on the table. We really enjoyed ourselves.

I’ve always loved Red Lobster back home(west coast) so when I read all the reviews of this one I was shocked but still decided to go as I was craving some crab legs. We went last week and enjoyed the food. I got the new Crab & Roasted Garlic Seafood Bake which included, snow crab legs, corn on the cob, red potatoes and scallions all in a delicious garlic butter sauce. It was absolutely delicious! Now the service there completely is 100% terrible! I have never waited so long to order a drink when sat or waited so long in between the server checking on us to see if we needed anything. I even heard the table behind us complain to the manager about how slow the service was & how lack of engaged she was with them and we didn’t even have the same waitress! When the guest behind us left, the waitress came to pick up the bill and said«$ 2 tip that’s it, I can’t believe this» very loud & I thought that was very unprofessional! So for us the food was good but service needs a huge improvement! We will go back though & give it another try.

I will not ever make the mistake of going to this red lobster ever again. The waitress used our card to pay for someone else’s meal, and threw away our card. When i pointed out that we had gone gotten our card back and were brought the wrong receipt, she told me she’d thrown the card away and that she’d take care of the extra charge, she took all the receipts from me(and the proof) I did end up getting the card back, but even after complaining to corporate the management is refusing to talk with me about refunding my card for the other meal(and no i did not sign that receipt to authorize the charge) due to it being a gift card i can’t even fight the charge with my bank. Do NOT go to this red lobster.

Found some butter wrappers in my sons mac and cheese. Broccoli was like a hard rubber tire, and no real flavor in the food. Go spend your money someplace else. Sorry Red Lobster but it was not good.

Service and biscuits were the only good things here. Food was over cooked, mashed potatoes were left in the scoop shape and the taste of them was just as unappealing. Had the broiled stuffed flounder and it was horrible. Looked like it was microwaved instead of broiled. The stuffing was the consistancy of baby food but I think baby food tastes better.

The service was good here! I ordered a live lobster(as usual)…after visiting Maine, lobster is what I usually order from Red Lobster! The server asked if I needed a bib; I stated no… I’m a pro at eating lobster and not being messy with it! LOL!(I had three the weekend I was in Maine). This restaurant is in a good location, surrounded by other places to eat and shop!

We had a great meal here this evening. I always love it when the kids ask for fish to eat. The server was excellent and the food was prepared perfectly.

Best place to get steak and seafood in town. I usually get lobster pizza for lunch and steak and lobster for dinner. Their biscuits are consistently hot and yummy. The level of services can be unpredictable some of the time, depending on the waiter/waitress you get and his/her mood. In comparison to Outback(which is supposed to be the best steakhouse in town), I would say red lobster is a bit pricier but the quality of food and services at Outback has gone down hill since a year ago.
