I’ve ordered glasses from here 2x in the last year. First 2 pairs pupil distance was WAY OFF so I returned them for new lenses, and waited12 days for new lenses. Got tired of waiting so I cancelled order and got a refund.
A year later I ordered another NEW pair and they were SCRATCHED when taken out of case to wear for first time. Idiot female employee asked what i wiped them with! I told her I hadn’t touched then lenses and that you could still see the circles in middle of lenses where the RX was checked! New lenses ordered again (still waiting for them!)
Female staff seems less than interested in helping you with a problem. In fact they said «what’s the big deal it wouldn’t bother ME». That’s NOT customer service, that’s customer NON service.
I would never do business with them again. Hey Lens Crafters costs more, but I get what I ordered with excellent customer service and the RX is made right the FIRST TIME.

Price, service and location are good. A long wait for the glasses but at the price, well worth it
