The Edgies are disgusting. They arrived later than expected, stale, dry and taste like hard, crumbling air. Further, upon calling to complain, customer service refused to do anything about it because it was a «taste preference.» I tried to work with them, but they refused.

I ordered these for a Valentine’s Day treat for some of my coworkers. They arrived on time and perfectly wrapped up in a box with a bow and card! Each brownie is individually wrapped and very soft. The package I ordered came with a variety of flavors. Each brownie was bite sized(about 2 bites worth), which everyone liked. I tried the Kitchen Sink and it was so good! The directions on the outside of the shipping box say to enjoy now or freeze for later. Definitely recommend for a thoughtful gift, and I’ll be using them again.

OMG! Brownie Points are delicious!!! I placed an order was a little taking back by the shipping cost. I went back and forward… it was one of the BEST decision. Just received my order and tried 2 bites… I’m in love!!! I’m going to order as a gift for sister… it will be a nice surprise. Small bites size are perfect!!! Customer Service is excellent and website is a great representation of Brownies Points!

Wow. The baked goods are all picture perfect and packaged individually. The brownies I ordered were all frozen and thawed out to this amazing, soft, moist flavorful, rich things ever. It was a little confusing when I arrived – I thought I was at the wrong place, it just looked like a dock/manufacturing location. The signs are not totally clear but just follow the address and open the door. Everyone was very friendly and gave me a run down on how their business works/what products I could order. They aren’t cheap but htey are worth every penny. I picked up some for a client and they absolutely loved them as well. I need to make myself another excuse to be in that area so I can pick up more…

I have used Brownie Points for my company 3 years in a row, sending over 1,000 gifts worldwide. They are amazing! The brownies go out on time and everything goes smoothly! All of our clients rave about the gift and many of them have started using Brownie Points for their client gifts as well. I have also used them for personal gifts and other gift opportunities at work. Brownie Points is a wonderful company, the people go to great lengths to make my gifts special. We have personalized packaging and the quality is top notch! I love the people that work there and feel like I’m working with my friends. They are just the best, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

So, we stumbled into this store in search for after-lunch chocolate. That’s how this works, right? You search«chocolate» and you go get«chocolate.» I give you money, you give me brownies. They hooked us UP with great brownies, and cut«leftovers»(I guess, edge pieces?) of several kinds of brownies, because we inadvertently wandered into their world and ordered directly from them. I like them. The ladies are friendly, the brownies are DELICIOUS.

I consider myself a pretty good baker. When I tried these brownies,(given to me through American Eagle’s promotion during Valentine’s Day) they were absolutely delicious. I’ve never tasted anything like it. I will surely order these as gifts to people in the future.

A wintery cold day on Cape Cod… Brownie Points to the rescue! Unbelievably good customer service and an even better product. arrived well before the promised time(despite sleet and snow) and gorgeously wrapped… fit for royalty! The sea salt caramel brownies are simply the best chocolate decadence I have EVER experienced(ok, well, maybe save my husband’s double chocolate soufflé… maybe…) and I am going to try their vanilla brownies next.(had a sample and they are delicious). I am not a HUGE chocolate fan to begin with(these were a gift for my daughter) but I am now a convert!!.

Brownie Points has some of the BEST brownies! Lisa, the owner is a super nice woman and really deserves the success she has achieved. The brownies have a fudgy base and then the toppings are what set them apart. The Kitchen Sink brownie is really just to die for. It has a caramelized sugar taste with different chip flavors… the perfect combination you really just have to try for yourself. My second favorite is the Cappucino Toffee… its base tasted like coffee and is topped with toffee pieces. The hand-dipped buckeyes just melt in your mouth. The brownies always taste fresh. The chocolates are hand-crafted. I had never even heard of a schmurtle before, but it is delicious. Salty pecans, chocolate base layered with caramel and peanut butter, layered with more chocolate! Yum! The chocolate pretzels good, but pretty average

Wow. Put simply, Brownie Points makes — can you imagine it – amazing brownies. Not like, sorta good brownies… awe-inspiring brownies. They’re moist, fudgy and decadent as heck. They’re chock full of goodies like toffee, peanut butter, raspberry jam, Oreos or cayenne pepper. And after stopping by the factory outlet today, I have more than a few waiting in my freezer. Brownie Points’ tasty offerings have been featured on the Food Network several times, as well as CNN and The Today Show. Once I heard these brownie bakers were headquartered in C-bus, I was compelled to check them out. I was fully prepared for most of the hype to fall flat. I mean, how much better can a brownie get? I’ve always liked Betty Crocker or fudgy homemade ones pretty well. Needless to say, I’ve bought into the hype. Once you try one of their 20 varieties of brownies, it’s easy to see what all the fuss is about. The«Kitchen Sink» Brownie is particularly great. The store can be a little tough to find — it’s tucked away in a business park north of Mount Carmel East. Lisa, the owner, is über-friendly and ready to inform you about all the company’s treats. And you can order everything on their website too. Ignore this place at your own peril!
