Gianni’s Pizzeria

I have definitely eaten better food. To start, the garlic bread was VERY oily and the toppings were not evenly spread. For a main course I had a proscuitto panini, which came with chips and a loaf of bread. Unfortunately the sandwich was very bland. My coworkers liked their pasta dishes, but I was not a fan of my meal.
I don’t work in the area anymore, but if I return I won’t be ordering from here again.

OK. Nothing to write home about. You can eat a whole pie and still be hungry. My kids are always hungry minutes after we leave. I want it to be good and we keep on trying but I will need to take a break. I really can’t even figure out what the pie needs.

I ordered here last night and had it delivered to the hotel! I ordered the shrimp part wrap with fries. Reasonable priced game to about $ 12.72 plus a $ 3 tip (23.5%) I recommend to anyone staying for a weekend or new to Colts Neck! If I lived in Colts Neck I I would be a regular but I don’t!

Such good pizza, fresh and tasty + an expected pizzeria atmosphere to enjoy it in. Not a bad price and kids love it, who could complain?
I haven’t tried their delivery service so I cannot comment about that, but dine in and carry out is exceptional.

Wow… so bad, so unprofessional. Delivered ice cold pizza after 1.5 hours, all he said was «yeah, sorry call them if you want a credit». It was the third and last time (first two, pizza not great, but only place that delivers). Never again!

The food is great. Take out or delivery always makes me happy. Pizza, sandwich, soups, and all the other staples are great. The location is convenient but small with a take out delivery feel but it looks great, staff is great and you’ll leave happy.

Stepped in to order some easy take-​out for our stay at the Colts Neck Inn. The interior is inviting. Not knowing what to order, I ordered a pizza with a half topping and had to pay for a full topping, which I hate. (16.00 for a large cheese, half pepperoni) This is not a good pizza at all. I opened the box ten minutes later at the hotel and the pizza’s crust was weird. I don’t know how to explain this and I am a pizza fanatic. Kind of chewy. I have no idea what kind of dough they used. I do know I did not like it all. I ordered the antipasto salad with homemade Italian dressing. The cold cuts were somewhat sufficient, but it needed way more lettuce. I paid almost $ 11.00 for this, .50 more worth of lettuce would of been more impressive. One tomato wedge, four cucumber slices. Not worth it at all. That was not homemade Italian, it tasted like Paul Newman’s lite Italian which totally got me mad. Hubs had to order the chicken wings, of course. Nothing says lame like fryer chicken wings. Where’s the meat?
If you are starving, ok, go there. If you are looking for good food, methinks not.

Although Gianni’s has good food, i was very disappointed in the customer service. I ordered a wrap for pick up and when i got home realized there was only chicken in the wrap and nothing else! i bought it back and told the owner who was very polite about the mistake and offered to change it. i looked at the wrap after it was «fixed» and realized that the wrap was still not right. when i brought it up to the owner again he claimed there was a mistake with the printing company. Very displeased with the service and being lied to over their mistake.

New pizza place in town. Hands down, «grandma’s pizza» steals the show. None of their pizza is salty (like the other pp in town). Friendly service. Small interior and a bit pricey… But I will be back!
