Worst customer service. The employee at the front walked to the back and you could hear the rest of the employees using foul language. That usually wouldn’t bother me. But there were kids in the store. I waiting almost 10 minutes for someone to come ring me up. I peeked over to see what they were doing. And one of the female employees had her shirt lifted trying to show the other employees something on her stomach. Not coming back. Especially not with kids.

Score based on customer service, machines not working, etc. Waited 10 minutes to get a clerk to come out from the back room. When he did, he implied I had pushed button on machine which messed it up. While bending over to fix machine, his entire behind was exposed, showing ripped undies exposing his skin. And, I can’t prove it, but I detected an odor of pot. Then, he was getting a call, waited impatiently for us to weigh our yogurt, after which he hopped up and say on counter with exposed behind, charging and texting on his phone. Unfortunately, the clerk’s demeanor and lack of professionalism, overshadowed the somewhat decent flavor of the yogurt. Needless to say, I won’t go back.

The tart flavors are amazing! Boy scouts sold a coupon so I have 15% off for the year. I love this place

Limited flavors but the ones they have are good. I’m not a big fan of chocolate but their Godiva Chocolate was thick, creamy, and delicious. I couldn’t eat a whole bowl of it but a small amount of it was great. Large number of topping options. Typical pay-per-ounce, self-serve place. I’ll be back when my sweet-cravings strike again.

Very yummy! I believe it is set up a lot like the other yo-yogurts and pinkberries. I have only been to any yogurt spot other than TCBY once. I loved the selection of yogurts and sherberts. They did have tester cups so you can try them out before diving in. The selection of toppings was great! They even have different flavored boba balls! The place it very quaint and open. The prices are pretty good too! We will be back!

Great lemon and Italian, but the yogurt seems like it needs more creaminess. I think of TCBY or Red Mango.

Yum! Kozy Korner Frozen Yogurt opened this weekend in a charming corner spot of Citadel Crossing next to the dollar theater. We stopped in after a show and grabbed some do-it-yourself frozen yogurt and it was a treat(pun intended ;). The décor is retro ice cream shop, the yogurt flavors are standard(the dark chocolate a sure winner) and the toppings bar left nothing to be desired. I love having this place right outside the theater and prices are reasonable so you won’t break the bank getting your dessert on. Go check this new local business out!
