Good, fast, nice quiet atmosphere. Our go-to for Chinese and Thai food in the springs.

We ate in after our Pike hike n it was Excellent !!! Very clean, with friendly helpful, courteous staff. Combo plate portions were well worth the few extra coins. The G T chicken was hot, fresh, n flavorful. Spouses KP chicken(mild) was«very good». Hate to give it a 5 as it will only hasten their discovery, but a stop here will not be a disappointment. !!!

While we’ve been moving into a new place we haven’t been able to have a home cooked meal. A couple nights ago we were craving Chinese so we decided to try this place. We ordered for delivery since it had been a tiring day. Super easy to order, lady on the phone was very polite. Our food was delivered earlier than expected and delivery driver was really nice. The food was great! My only complaint would be that for the General Tso’s chicken there was a ton of meat and not that much rice so the portions are a little off but won’t stop me from ordering again. Great food, nice customer service. Overall good experience and I would recommend them and order from them again

We were visiting the area and wanted Thai. SO glad we chose this place. The staff was friendly and helpful and the food was well prepared and tasted great. Service was quick and the staff/owner was very attentive/We had the Pad Thai with chicken and shrimp. The taste was great and the shrimp were really large with a great flavor. We also ordered BBQ pork fried rice Again, a wonderful flavor. Portions were a good size. The place looks new inside and it was very comfortable. I would definitely come back here again.

I’ve been in search of a good Chinese place for years! This place is it. Everything I’ve tried, pork fried rice, beef lo main, general tso chicken, egg rolls… it’s all amazing and large portions! The price is good for what you get and the quality of it! The restaurant is very clean and I felt very welcomed. The lady, who I’m assuming is one of the owners, was extremely nice and friendly. I’m so happy I found this place!

Varied menu with great value and generous portions. Cheese wontons are crispy and thai dishes were delicious. Staff is super friendly and great help advising on the different plates. The chef tailors heat to your taste. Be sure to try the Thai Tea for a sweet treat. Highly recommended!

The young woman who helped me was very polite and fast. The food was fast and delicious! The fried dumplings were fresh, meaty and seemed homemade. Wonton soup was very flavorful. Crab cream cheese wonton actually tasted like there was crab in it, yum! The dinner portions are huge! The combination fried rice well balanced and tasty. We also had sesame chicken which was very sweet and spicy. We will definitely be ordering again!

I have been ordering from here since they first opened, now I stop by every time I make it down from Denver. It is the only place my son will eat sesame Chicken from and by far the best Panang I’ve ever had. I highly recommend, my service has always been great, along with the food!

Underwhelming. Would have liked to have one of the hot teas, but when she finally came to get our order, she got the food order and just left. and did not come back until our appetizer was ready. We just dealt with Water(and continually had to ask for refills). I ordered General Tso’s chicken and the wife ordered the Orange Chicken. Both were crispy, with an OK flavored sauce. However, the chicken(for both) was crispy on the INSIDE, too. WAY over-cooked. I was able to find a small sliver of(what I hope was) egg in what they called Fried Rice. The daughter had Chicken Lo Mein, which did not look all that appetizing, but she liked it, even though it the noodles were dry and chicken was ‘meh’. This was on what looked like a REALLY slow night(there was only 1 other group of 4 there when we got there and 2 people came in for carry-out as we ate). Not sure how they have a 4.5 star average, unless they have taken a BIG nose-dive over the recent months. Sad

I had high hopes with such a high rating. It was slow, only one other table. There were a couple people for takeout throughout our meal. They never asked for our drink order. We settled for the water, which we had to ask to be refilled, when she eventually appeared from the back, which was rare. I would have been okay with slow, quirky service if the food was good. It wasn’t. The fried rice was devoid of anything, including flavor. It was almost like white rice tossed with a brown sauce. I ordered the Orange Chicken, which is a house specialty. It was marked as spicy. It was bland and lacked flavor. Even the orange flavor wasn’t throughout the order. Not spicy — slightly tangy in parts. The chicken itself was overcooked. My husband had the General Tso’s Chicken. Again a spicy dish lacking the heat and flavor. And overcooked, dry meat. Our daughter had Chicken Lo Mein. It was okay. Probably the best of the 3 entrees. It was bland, but not bad. The crabmeat and cheese wantons(Crab Rangoons everywhere else), were a bit overdone too. Sadly, I could have gone to Panda Express and had a better meal for significantly less money. Perhaps the Thai food is better, but I doubt I will spend my money to find out.

When I decided to go here I was actually looking for some great Chinese food that could be delivered. They only deliver after 3 so I had to call in my order and go pick it up. From the reviews I read this place seemed like a winner. I had the orange chicken which was okay to me. The staff seemed pretty friendly and they gave me a lot of food so that’s a plus. I will try this place again but will try something different on the menu.

With such great reviews, and being close enough for delivery, I was really excited to try this place… It was not good. Ordered cashew chicken, broccoli beef, fried rice and crabmeat wontons — the entrées were super slimy and lacked flavor. The beef was tough. Their fried rice was the worst I’ve ever had– not only because it was lacking egg and everything else you’d expect, but I don’t think it was prepared properly. Just some(hard) white rice with soy sauce drizzled on it. The crab meat wontons were the worst I’ve ever had– there was ZERO crab meat! I gave this place 2 stars because the service was good. They answered the phone promptly, delivery was fast and the girl was very pleasant. But with four different menu items being all a miss, I’d skip this place.

Ordered from Wok in Wok out for the first time this week and they were extremely kind, helpful and informational over the phone. The food was delivered fast as well. Exceeded my expectations on how amazing it tasted. I’ve been searching for a Thai/Chinese delivery place for a couple years now and I have finally found a place I will frequently order from. Gluten free rice, wontons, spring rolls, egg drop soup were all equally delicious. Not too oily and it tastes homemade. Worth every penny and I have leftovers for days! If I could give more than 5 starts I would!

My husband and I are CA natives and we ate here for the first time the week we moved to Colorado Springs. We’ve probably gone 2 – 3 a month ever since. We love this place! Friendly service, amazing food, great value. While Colorado Springs is not known for having a wide selection of ethnic foods, this is an exception. Probably the best Chinese food I have ever had. I especially love the hot and sour soup. This restaurant is a gem!

This is by far the best Chinese restaurant I have ever been to. We were immediately greeted by one of the owners. She was seriously the friendliest staff member I’ve ever encountered at an Asian restaurant. This restaurant is extremely clean, and decorated simply and beautifully. Not a grungy or questionable place at all! I almost felt like I could eat off of the floor(not really, but seriously it is so clean!). Our 2 year old son was sick, so she recommended one of their teas meant for sore throats and fevers, perfect! It was super simple and yummy! She suggested we try their combination plates since it was our first time. For about $ 9-$ 10 this included an entrée, rice, soup, cheese won ton and a spring roll. I ordered the sweet and sour chicken with fried rice and wonton soup. My husband ordered the kung pao chicken with the same sides. The soup came first, and it was simple and delicious.(We ordered more to go). Food took the perfect time to cook(fast enough where we weren’t waiting forever, but not too fast where you need to question how they prepare the food so quickly)! The food arrived, and it looked absolutely beautiful. It looked fresh and you can definitely care that they take pride in their food and care about the quality. The flavors were outstanding. So much flavor, but not yucky fake MSG flavor. They use fresh ingredients and cook like they would in China, not Americanized Chinese food. The portions were so huge we easily have two entire meals left for later. For the quality and quantity, you can’t beat the price. I have a feeling we will be frequenting this place often, they have so many dishes I can’t wait to try! The only disappointment I had was that they don’t have any salads. I was really craving a good Chinese chicken salad, but maybe that’s too much of an Americanized dish? ;) The owner who was our waitress, was the friendliest person, and tried her best to make my son feel comfortable. I’ve never experienced such great service :)

I just left this restaurant and I am still talking about their food with my wife! We had ordered the wonton soup, sweet and sour chicken and kung pao chicken. It was amazing! I grew up in a predominantly populated asian community, so I like to think I have had quite a variety of Chinese food, but this was simply amazing! What made us want to return the most was the friendly service! I would recommend this restaurant to everyone who enjoys Chinese food(:

We showed up just before close Friday night. The table was set for the family for a late supper, but they welcomed us in and we ordered takeout — hot and sour soup and pork fried rice. While we were waiting another family came in and ordered too; it was two minutes before closing time. Despite the fact they would have by then been starting their own dinner they served both of us with a cheerful attitude — and they were quick! My wife used to work at a Chinese takeout so she is an expert. The fried rice was full of veggies and lots of pork. We haven’t had fried rice that good in a long time. The soup was also excellent. And the portions were LARGE. We’re looking forward to going back to try some of the other dishes!

I am a challenge to impress when it comes to Asian food. I enjoy food prepared in the way it would be in the country of origin. I have had many a Chinese dinner from New York to Anchorage –Orlando to Grand Rapids. THISISTHEBESTGENERALTSOCHICKEN I HAVEEVERHADANYWHEREPERIOD The family owned restaurant has a husband that knows how to cook perfectly. A wife that is undeniably the best server I have had in an Asian restaurant and the best décor including music(instrumental pop hits that added a quiz nature to waiting for dinner). The food is not overly sugared. Typically, this was added to Chinese food to cater to the perceived American palette in the 1950’s and carried on beyond. The flavors very well executed and plated. We had the appetizer for two(by heavens I am ordering this alone as a meal sometimes), Happy Family and General Tso Chicken. I am going to refer to this as the Trinity for now on. I cannot endorse this Chinese/Thai restaurant in enough words. I recommend the Trinity to give everything a try from the Savory to Sweet and Sour. If you, as as I, cannot stand most Sweet and Sour, you will come to understand Wok In Wok Out is the way it was supposed to be and actually enjoy it. Check out«Searching for General Tso» for more information on that stance. Limited delivery area but get some air at get take out!
