They no longer do business under this name, instead go by ASAP Blinds. Same address and everything, just a better name. I’ve used these people before, only I didn’t know it until I drove up to their storefront. They did well by me before and they did not disappoint today. I needed a blind restrung, Bryan said it would probably be done by tomorrow afternoon. I got a call in a couple of hours that the blinds were ready. I have them installed and they work perfect.

I had several blinds that needed the cord replaced. I called ASAP Blinds and talked to a young woman who gave me information and an estimate on the cost of repairs and cleanings. I found the price to be very manageable(much cheaper than replacing with new blinds). I brought the blinds in, and got them back the very next day(their turn around time was 24 – 48 hours), and they look great and operate perfectly! I found the staff to be quite courteous and knowledgeable. I always try to work with small businesses when I can as the service is more personalized. ASAP Blinds lived up to their name! I will definitely use their services again, and will tell all my friends and family! Thanks to all the staff at ASAP Blinds!

Horrible experience and rude employee! I took my broken blinds in to get them repaired. The draw string had broken. They told me they would fix the problem and restring the blinds. I paid them to do just that. A few months later, the problem happened again. The draw string broke. I assumed they may have overlooked something. Everybody deserves a second chance, so I brought the blinds back to them. The second time they charged me again. Again, few months later the blinds broke for a third time! They obviously did not fix the root problem as they stated they would. This makes me think that there incompetent. I came in to the store to plead my case. The lady behind the counter was extremely rude to me. As I would speak, she would cut me off by stepping on my words. She explained that this time she would fix the root problem. I asked her why she didn’t do that in the first place. She told me she didn’t know what the root problem was, but she did know now. This seems suspicious to me. It sounds like she is just replacing random parts then charging me for it. I asked for a refund or to have the problem fixed for free. She flatly refused. She was not at all interested in resolving the situation. She seemed to only be interested in telling me how I was wrong and in charging more money. It felt like she stole money from me. I felt scammed. When my friends and family ask about this experience, I will tell them the truth. I will say«I HIGHLY recommend that you stay far away from this these people and their business.»
