This buffet is one of the better ones. I am a Springs native, and I’ve tried all the ones in tiwn. I like UB because they rotate the food frequently and they don’t sacrifice quality. The food is good for being a buffet and the customer service is good. They are usually pretty busy, so best to call ahead! Another thing I like is the fish pond in the front, complete with rubber ducks! If you like sushi they have a decent sushi selection. If the kids don’t like Chinese offerings, they also have pizza, Mac and cheese, potato skins. And mashed potatos and gravy. There is something here for everyone and the prices are very reasonable. If you love sea food, don’t miss the dinner buffer as this is when they bring out a large selection of seafood!

This is my first visit here. I live close by and never knew this place existed. The place is huge with a large variety of food. So if you are hungry be ready to pace yourself. The food is hot and tasty, and the staff is very attentive. The only issue I had with the place was the cleanliness of floor. Other than that I had a great experience here.

The food was very good and hot and well seasoned, plus a lot of food for the price and Friendly wait staff… I gave 4 stars, because it is not very clean, the carpet is very dirty and the pink, wooden railings surrounding some of the tables need a good wiping down and disinfecting, plus the glass on the front doors and windows are filthy! Not very clean for a place that serves food to the general public!

The all you can eat crab legs were a plus(not the best I’ve had but not the worst either) the variety was what i loved most. American, Chinese, and sushi. The egg drop soup was good(minus the tofu, no clue why that was in there) service was good, price was cheap $ 28 for two people + tip.

Wonderful Asian/American buffet! Friendly staff and great service! Price isn’t too bad at all either! The food was hot and didn’t taste old or gross! The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars because the egg rolls were not that great. This may be my new favorite buffet!

This buffet is amazing. Really good options and good food(for being a buffet). They cleaned the tables fast, food was warm and service was good as well.

WOW. New to the area and had been looking for a a good buffet. This is literally the best Chinese Buffet I’ve ever been to. And I’ve been to a lot! About 90% of my meal was sushi, it was great. They were cranking it out super fresh the entire time we were there. The rest of my party ate the hot food and everyone said it was the best buffet they’d had. Literally had crab legs piled over a foot high probably non the buffet. We were there almost 3 hours talking and catching up and never felt rushed to leave. The lady kept refilling our waters long after she’d brought the check. Sooooooooooo delicious! Can’t wait to go back.

This place is awful and I will never eat here again. My Mother and I stoped in at 230. We were promptly told that we would have only 30 minutes to eat, as they were closing at 300. We were also told that there would not be any hot fresh food added to the buffet. Wow! Are you kidding me? I get to pay full price for whatever nasty cold food is left on the buffet for 30 minutes and then I have to leave because you’re closing until 430. Thanks but no thanks. I took my Mother to HuHot only about ¾ of a mile down Powers. We had a great meal and my Mother really enjoyed creating her own meal with their fun recipe cards and our service was great. They most certainly didn’t kick us out at a certain time. I know where I’ll eat on Powers from now on.

Three words: Best. Buffet. Ever. They have an excellent variety of Chinese food, including chicken in different styles(peanut butter chicken was awesome!), beef, and sea food(crab legs and shrimps been the favorite). They also have sushi! California rolls were really delicious. They also have some general food, like pasta and pizza. They have one table and a half of different desserts, including an ice cream machine. For just $ 15 you can eat whatever you want. Waiters were very attentive and the place is huge. I really think the name«ultimate buffet» suit them well. Wanted to go for a second time, but they were closing. I was really disappointed, that’s how good this place is.

This buffet is pretty dang good. They keep everything well stocked, and the food is the normal fair you would find at an «Asian» buffet. They’ve got crab legs, shrimp, soups, some easily made sushi and sashimi, and the usual re-made things like stuffed clams, mushrooms, shrimp kabobs. I mean it’s buffet food, so not everything is going to be amazing but you do get what you paid for. You will not go home hungry, and you will be satisfied! I also really like the staff here, and it’s run very well. Today was a super high traffic day(Christmas!) and they were busting out fresh food left and right, all the while making sure we had everything we needed without skipping a beat. Leave these folks a nice tip. — My only complaint is that I know for a fact that their salad mushrooms are not washed, or at least washed thoroughly. Those aren’t something you should skimp on as they grow in manure, and it’s really obvious when you don’t clean them. It’s straight up manure in your salad, think about that. So I’d steer clear of those. Hopefully someone sees this and takes heed, because that’s a pretty big deal. It also worries me about the cleanliness of the other veggies if you consider pesticides and everything that comes with unwashed produce. Either way, good place.

Oh man. I’m usually only a fan of buffets when I need to binge eat my feels away, but Ultimate buffet is the kind of place I want to go to, emo or not. Sushi is ok, decent enough for a buffet. Fruit section is amazing. I’d never had actual lychee before, just lychee flavored things. Good typical Chinese food section, has all the standards. Good amount of «American» food to please my wife. For the live of Dog, try the stuffed mushrooms! Big mushroom caps stuffed with cream cheese and topped with shredded. Omg. Dessert is a little lacking, but their soft serve machine has REAL soft serve, not that ice milk most places do.

Its alright the food is pretty good although the oysters look like shit. Some were just sitting Ina bucket full of ice so it looks pretty nasty. But otherwise its not bad

If you’re looking for a good Chinese buffet, go to ultimate. I’m originally from Denver, and we dont have any good buffets there, so i was pleasantly surprised when i saw ultimate buffet in the springs! It’s fairly priced and the food is good. They have a nice variety of Chinese favorites and they even have crab legs!!! I would recommend going on the weekdays! This place was way too packed on a weekend! It’s a good, solid Chinese buffet.

Large selection of food, but everything I had was cold or mildly warm. The amount of food out didn’t match the volume. I wouldn’t say anything was particularly bad, just not good. My favorite items were the fresh fruit and the almond cookies that come from a package. We would have been upset if the price was higher. The selection and price are clearly a draw for some people, but doubt we will go again.

Was skeptical reading reviews, but went anyway! Great selection of variety of foods. Good selection of sushi considering it is a buffet. People complained about crab legs in previous reviews, people they are snow crab legs, not king crab. Don’t go just for crab legs or not a true value for all you can eat. Good selection for your young eaters! Will go again! Servers are great.

This place is pretty good Buffett, especially on the weekends. It gets a little crazy with some some of the local clientele. The sushi is fairly basic, the crab legs are small but good. The service is excellent bot bring a buffet, but the tables need to be updated, they wobble.

I give this two stars because it had such a huge variety and they kept it fully stocked, but that being said, it compromised quality and I left hungry. The food was really not good. I love crab legs but these were the size of my pinky finger, brown and mushy. I had to spit the mussels out because it was really just baked cream cheese with an old mussel flavor. I really really wanted to love this place but everything I ate was just icky! I’ve given up hope of finding a good all-you-can-eat Asian buffet.

Went here last night for the first time and for a Thursday night it was pretty busy. Service was quick and the food was amazing. They have such a wide variety of food from mac and cheese and mashed potatoes with steak and ribs to sushi, steamed crab legs, and alot of fresh choices. We will definitely be coming back. The price was not too bad either.
