First of all, the minimum package you pay for is $ 16.99 which includes a buffet and a 60 point play card. That wouldn’t be too bad if the games actually worked and if there was a better selection at the buffet. The pasta section had garlic bread and some type of noodles that looked like it was drowning in soy sauce. Yuck! The salad bar had green salad and 3 pasta salads that simply needed to be refilled. The pizza was ok and the dessert bar had pudding there that looked like it was sitting there for a week. Next time we’ll eat somewhere else and just come here for the games that are working.

This place looks really fun when you first walk in but in my opinion it’s overpriced for what you get. The pizza and pasta buffet was not impressive, to say the least. They were out of a lot of the options and what they did have I could barely eat. The arcade was pretty fun for a short time but a lot of the games were broken and it was not worth the money to get more points on our cards when we ran out. My kids had fun but I’m not going to pay to take them back there.

I wish they had a place more like this when I was a kid. Arcade complete with mini coaster, mini bowling, rock wall, and bumper cars. Even at 25, this place was a good time. They have a pretty good late night special(aimed at the adult crowd). Fun alternative to the movies. No alcohol sold here, tho. As in most places, tickets don’t get you much and the prizes they did have to offer were a bit disappointing to be honest — but kids will for sure have a blast here. *I will note — the food we saw on the buffet did not look appetizing at all! We were allowed to walk through the facility prior to purchasing tickets — so consider that prior to buying yourself!*

Winter weekends are their«peak time» since it’s an option for kid play when outdoor options are iced up. So be aware that you’re better off coming earlier in the day and then having lunch toward the end of your visit. So it was quite crowded, but overall the staff was keeping a good attitude and trying to keep up – especially the two poor guys in the ticket redemption prize room who were getting crushed. Games aren’t made of steel and titanium. They’re going to get beat up with that many kids rolling through. That said, there were definitely«calibration» issues as someone else said: hunting games that shot *WAY* off aim, car racing games with steering wheels that didn’t respond, etc. Little kids didn’t seem to notice or care, but older kids and adults got a bit frustrated. Games weren’t any more broken or ‘cheating’ than any other similar facility. If you’re trying crane games with their reputation everywhere, you deserve to lose your credits. The card swipe system rather than tokens seems to confuse people because many of the games had *lots* of unplayed credits in them. My wife said there were many more games and attractions now than when she went before a while ago: rock climbing wall, kiddo carnival-style roller coaster ride, that sort of thing. Food: It’z is *not* a Dave & Busters. Food was as expected for a place like this, maybe actually a touch better than expected, in other words on par with Chuck E. Cheese. They got behind the rush during our visit, to the point that no plates were available and all the pizza was gone. But the staff were working hard, and the kid who brought the clean plates out entertained the customers by showing off«dealing» out the plates super-fast into the stacks like he was a Vegas blackjack dealer or something. Dining areas are well-set up and clean. I liked being able to sit in themed rooms where either sports were on the TVs or kid movies(Alvin & Chipmunks, etc). It was a quiet /relaxing break from the game room for us and for the kids. TL;DR: It doesn’t suck. It is what it is. Go in with reasonable expectations and your kids will have a decent time. It’s for them anyway, not you.

Pro: The building was a safe haven from the cold, windy weather. Con: Everything else. The food tasted horrible – chewy pizza, the sauce tasted sour/out of date; the only edible thing was their rice Krispy treats, and those weren’t even worth the $ 10 we paid for the buffet. The games were a rip off – half of the games didn’t work and/or took your credits and the«prizes» are cheap dollar store items. Bottom line, don’t waste your time or money… you’re better off going to Walmart and buying a board game & frozen pizza and hanging out at home!

We have been coming to It’z off and on ever since it opened. Some years has been excellent. Others completely disappointing. They have new management which has been good. THEFOOD: The food quality is the same as it has always been — typical for your pizza entertainment center. I am glad they FINALLY brought back gluten free option! Individual sized pizzas(Udi’s crust) with whatever toppings you can imagine. AND they do dessert pizza gluten free too. THESERVICE: In the past, this has been hit and miss. This time was a total hit! Great customer service and very receptive to our needs. Feels like they went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. THEGAMES: This is why they get 4 instead of 5 stars. Many of he games cheated us. Skeetball? Hit a 100 and only got 50. Many of the other games we had to call for help because it cheated us. The service was great and very accommodating, but it was frustrating to have to ask for help so frequently. They remedied everything we had an issue. THEPRIZES: This also knocks them down a few points. Some years the ticket to redemption value is spot on and my kids truly enjoy redeeming their tickets. Currently, even though they spent $ 20 each on ticket games, there was really nothing they could afford. At least nothing worth it. OVERALL: Really glad we have this another try. It has been a few years since we came because our last experience was so bad. We all truly enjoyed ourselves this time and will be back. I hope by then the prize to ticket redemption value is more equalized. :)

This place is freaking heaven for me and my husband! We love it here! They have great pizza buffet which is totally worth it! Plus the rooms where you eat and watch movies are awesome! This is a great place for adults and children. The activities inside are really cool! Never get bored. Fun games to play. We went on a tuesday when noone was there and it was really cool! Felt like we owned the place. Plus the people working there are really nice. GO and have fun already!

Awful food. Awful service. At least half of the games are broken and no one around to fix it or give refund. They have maybe one guy to operate all the rides so you waste a lot of your prepaid time looking foe the operator or waiting for him to move to another ride. I’ve booked kids birthday parties there twice in last 6 months. Never again. Not worth it, even at half the cost! And you have to keep reminding them about all the items included in the party package. It seems that they don’t put out unless you confront them. They will even try to give you fewer player cards than the package allows for; just so they can charge you another $ 18 per person to issue a player card.

Took my family to this place while on vacation last week. Pizza was okay, but I was dissapointed in the rest of the buffet. Not many choices to choose from. We decided to buy the $ 20 card for buffet and unlimited games and then had to go back and put money on the card because the red slot games were few. I don’t think I will return. I will say the place was clean and workers were very friendly.

We took our son here for his birthday while we were on vacation and had a great time. It was really clean and there were tons of games for him to play. They even have inflatables and play areas that are free for the kids. The food was okay, it was kinda bland, but I realize they probably do that for the children. My only real complaint would be the price. It was not a cheap evening. The games and rides get real expensive, real fast, and the prize redemption for the kids is a little over the top. 165 tickets for a packet of pop rocks is a bit much. Overall though, it’s a fun place and we’d definitely go again.

I’ve been here a handful of times with my friend’s kids but last Sunday I stopped in with just my boyfriend. What can I say, buffet and games? Who wouldn’t? Plus we had coupons — perfect. We got there and it was pretty empty, score! The guy at the front was super friendly, set us up with our cards and drinks and wished us happy gaming. The buffet was stocked which is awesome. Nothing worse than having to wait for a buffet to catch up on food. A guy came out and offered to make us whatever kind of pizza or pasta we wanted. We felt like kings. Our own pizza??? Not bad for buffet pizza either(you know what I’m saying). For those of you who have never been there, the buffet includes a pretty legit salad bar selection, various pizzas and pastas, curly fries, hot dogs, a few soups. Dessert stuff too. Overall it is a pretty good deal here. In the arcade there were maybe 2 games out of order in the entire room which isn’t bad at all. The cards make gaming easy and if you at any point lose your card, don’t worry — they’ll replace it up front! I think we got lucky by avoiding the crowds(it was Easter) so we never had to wait for any games that we wanted to play. Had a blast, we’ll be back!

Absolutely horrible, could of been great with a nice facility but the food was the worst ever, if you want kid friendly pizza?, go to chuck e cheese, you will save money and get better food. The food was cold, the buffet was only half full, the salad was full of water. The only good thing was knowing I will never ever come back

We just went to a birthday party here yesterday. The party was nice but there was no tortilla chips in the buffet. Sad. It was my favorite. I am hoping its still part of their buffet and maybe they just ran out. The salad bar though was pretty decent and the mushroom soup was second helping-worthy. I also tried the baked potato which was decent and my husband said the pizza was fresh. I didn’t encounter anything old or sad on the buffet during this visit so I upped my review by a star. It seems like it’s just hit or miss at the Itz buffet. The party was nice. Short and sweet. For this 7 years old’s party we got 1 ½ hrs in the private room. Just enough time to eat, chit chat, sing, eat some more and open presents. Then the children got to run around with their parents trailing behind in the game/ride area. The birthday host was pleasant and helpful. She wore a festive bumble bee dress. She lead the kids in the birthday song and read the birthday cards out loud during gift opening. She didn’t serve the cake and ice cream though that was up to us. The kids all loved it and did not want to go home. My husband thought their Batman game was the coolest game ever and was googling prices online. One can dream I suppose.

Brought our 4 year old here to play some games. We bought the highest package that includes buffet, game credits, and unlimited rides. Couldn’t find anyone operating the rides, so we exchanged or package for more game credits instead. Almost all of the games are a huge rip off. All of the ticket games have very low payout for the cost(compared to other places like this) and this place has the worst claw games I’ve ever seen. Every arcade style game we played had something wrong. Horse racing game was stuck veering to the right, couple racing games wouldn’t shift. Guitar hero games timing was way off and the game would periodically lag. Bumper cars were kind of fun but, one of the 3 cars we got wouldn’t turn right. The food was also pretty awful. The pizza was dry, cold, and you could tell it had been sitting out for a while. When they did bring out fresh pizzas, it was mediocre at best. Given that I spent $ 50+ for terrible food, bad experiences with the games, and only enough tickets to buy like 2 pieces of candy, this place makes Dave and Busters seem like a downright bargain, and that says a lot. I would have given this a 0 rating if the app would have let me.

I went with my nephew/nieces. The food was absolutely dreadful. I forced down some cold, stale, cardboard-like pizza to make it through the experience. I don’t ever go to these arcade places, but all of the ticket/prize winning games I observed were rigged so you couldn’t win much(if anything at all). I suspect this is pretty standard for this kind of place though. The one saving grace was that the staff was all friendly and attentive.

Don’t bother! Poor customer service! Poor management! Concept seems good, food is shockingly bad!!! But you can’t avoid the food. You must pay to eat to play the games. POOR! Very pricy for what you get. Heaven forbid you actually want to play a game or go on a ride. Rides only go if staff is available, if it’s busy, lines for games back up.
