The staff was amazingly friendly. I had a scheduled appt at 1030 to have a hitch put on my vehicle of which I had already purchased and provided. They knew I was waiting in the lobby. the only one waiting in fact. It took two and a half hours for them to bring my car back up front. For that, I give this place only three stars.

Staff is amazing! I went in because I was having issues getting the insert off of my hitch. One of the staff members (Daniel) came out (did everything I had already done) and then spent the next ten minutes laying under my truck physically banging the ball mount out of the hitch. I was amazed that they were able to help me out right away. Incredible service, incredible staff and an incredible experience!

Friendly and helpful staff. Made some errors (who hasn’t) but corrected them quickly and apologized (I need to do this more often myself). If you like being treated well — not talked down to or being over charged — give this U-​Haul location a chance.
Made the reservation on-​line and the system assigned this location. Received a call which informed me the reservation was in the system and I was scheduled to pick-​up the trailer at 1030am. Not sure where 10:30am came from I wasn’t going to be in town until 11am. I arrived at noon for the pick-​up– apparently the 10:30am was just a place holder. They hooked up the trailer and I was off. However, the ball was installed «upside down» and when the trailer was fully loaded the load was too low to the ground. Drove back to U-​Haul and they took a picture of their mistake to train the staff, corrected the problem, and apologized.
