I still give it all stars for hair. I wouldn’t bother with other services like manicures & pedicures. The students are trained to be stylists, not nail people. I paid $ 16 to have my toes soaked in soapy water, kinda filed and painted poorly.

If you want to get a great cut or color for an incredible price the Toni & Guy hairdressing academy is fabulous! Considering they are still in training these hairdressers do a great job. I was extremely impressed!

For the price, I was happy with my cut. The atmosphere is modern and trendy. All the students are friendly. I requested for a senior student and was happy with my cut and style. I’ll be coming back.

This is a great place to go for a budget service. Everything is checked multiple times by instructors, and I have never had a bad experience. It agree it takes quite a bit of time, but it’s a school! You kind of have to be aware they are learning ;) I usually for go for color and a trim in between more expensive services by the regular Toni&Guy salon. Works perfectly!

I would just like to note that I received a «compliment» message regarding my review, claiming everything I said was a lie. «Sal» said that he/​she knew for a fact that tony and guy academy doesn’t charge that much for services. (To restate: i was charged $ 100 bc my hair was «longer than average,» my hair sits just at my bra strap. It then cost me $ 120 to have a professional fix it, totaling around 250…) So now I have a bigger problem because that means I had money stolen from me, somebody pocketed the extra cash from my payment. I have record of that transaction and will pursue contacting corporate I suppose. Thanks for the heads up, Sal. I had no idea until you contacted me in a rather nasty manner about all of the «lies» in my review. This place seems like a poorly run, thrown together operation that has no idea what is happening in the salon. After my experience I make sure that the person touching my head was not trained by this company. Save yourself the $$ and heartache and pay a professional the first time.
