A New Image

I can’t give 0 stars? Wow, terrible service, and when I wanted my money back because I don’t trust someone who can’t pick up a phone to reschedule appointments to laser my face, they wouldn’t refund me. Looks like I just gave them $ 100 for free. DON’T GO HERE.

I’m very pleased with my hair removal job. I have really thick black hair and I had removed my underarm hair — so very happy to not have to deal with it anymore! My friend highly recommended her and I liked her results — so why not? This was my first laser hair removal experience and I felt entire process went smoothly.
I worked with Cindy and she was really sweet and accommodating. The office atmosphere is comfortable and quiet. It didn’t break my wallet — the price was affordable. Overall, I’m very content with my removal and the service.

I thought I would try laser out and bought a groupon at A New Image Laser & Skin Care Clinic. The first time she numbed me with ice and it still hurt. The second time she didn’t numb me at all with ice after I wouldn’t buy her $ 600+ package. She seemed short and slightly rude. I felt like I was in a drachonian torture chamber. I didn’t think I would ever try laser again even if my face fell off. I decided to give a new business a try over on union (Robert Andrews Laser & Medical Aesthetics). It was the difference between night and day. They use numbing cream (expensive but they made you feel like you were worth it). It was 1000’s better. I would never go back to New Image if you paid me. It is Podunk. It was so horrible and painful I never went back for the third treatment.

I was not impressed — at all. My first (and only) treatment here left me blistered and scabbed. I went to another practitioner here in town and the difference was amazing. No blisters, no sores, and much more professional surroundings. I have since had two more treatments with her and now I know that what I received at New Image was not the norm and should not be tolerated.

Love Cindy and Abigail – great customer service and very reasonable prices. In truth, I somewhat hesitate to tell you about them since it’ll make it harder for me to get an appt.
Your GPS may tell you that you are «at your destination» when in fact you’re looking at a bus stop. Go past the bus stop and take the first right (you’ll see a a Texas Steak House and a People’s Bank). Look to the right and you’ll see 5145 in big print on a building.

Not the most glamorous place on earth, but they run on time and the one time they were behind the receptionist told me I had 30 minutes to go run errands, and even printed off directions to a post office so I could find the closest one! I gotta love a place that respects my crazy day and gives me 30 minutes back!
The laser hair removal is looking good. I was a newbie, and they were really sweet. I am a bit of a wuss about new things, so I appreciated that. I’ll be looking at more services once this round is done.

The office is comfortable and in a great location. Cindy is very professional. I feel she is very up front with the costs and how many treatments one may need as it will vary from person to person. I have been coming to A New Image since 2009 and feel I have 100% seen improvement in my hair removal endeavors. I am grateful to A New Image for helping me achieve this goal at an honest and very obtainable price.
I fully recommend A New Image for laser hair removal. I have also had the pleasure of having a facial and chemical peel by Bridgette. The service was very reasonable priced. I saw great results from the peel. The service at A New Image is wonderful! Great results!
