We ordered our tile and granite countertop from Adam and Delia, and have never had such shoddy service. The tile we ordered Wes delivered by Adam and after opening the boxes found ¹⁄₆ of our tile was broken, never received replacement. Our countertop has scratches all over it, the back splash will not allow for the knobs to turn, Adam took our fixtures with him to assure everything would fit. After coming out twice to measure NEVER made a template, when it came time to install rushed the whole process and said he was busy and had to go. Informed me he would address any issues later, at the point of contact refused to fix and said it was everyone else’s issue the countertop was wrong. Their customer service throughout the ENTIRE process was horrible at best. As a small business owner ourselves we wanted to continue with them, because we also know how it is to work job to job. With the level of customer service we received, I just ask you to take time time and research who you will use on you project. We will NEVER contact Tile Dimensions again as we were treated as a one time deal.(Not knowing we are remodeling the entire house, just piece by piece.)
