I used them to the extent of getting a referral to ASAP Blinds, complete with phone number. ASAP does more repair, Blind Man only repairs what they sell. Real nice on the phone, I gave them just four stars because I really didn’t use their product per se, and was not comfortable giving them five with such limited interaction. I would have no problem using them for new blinds, or at least getting a quote from them. They do not have a storefront but work out of their home instead. I called around lunchtime and got machine, but they got back to me within an hour.

I had two deliveries scheduled for the same day — a freezer and new blinds. My beautiful wood blinds were supposed to be delivered at noon and were up and hanging by 12:05! I’ve already given the appliance store a negative review since they have yet to deliver my freezer, and I wasted hours waiting around during the 2-hour delivery times they gave me. I wish everyone conducted business like Tom & Linda Keller at the Blind Man of America. They show up on time, take or return every call promptly and stand behind the work they do. In addition to the installation, Tom did a simple repair(free) on blinds we had purchased from them a few years ago. We have had nothing but great experiences working with The Blind Man of America. We shopped at several places like Lowes and online, but received the best prices, selection and quality from The Blind Man. No need to «do-it-yourself» with customer service like this! I LOVE my blinds and they warm and transform the rooms they are in.
