They were also helpful with budget conscious ideas and explaining the differences in quality across companies. Pricing was straightforward and everything was on time. We just built a house so were badly in need of window covered. We wanted shutters, but thought we couldn’t afford them. Bill showed is vinyl shutters, and we were very pleasantly surprised at how beautiful they are — same look as wooden so you don’t know until you touch them… and better insulation than wood! The two best bonuses was the price he gave us, and his excellent customer service. He installed paper shades to hold us over until the shutters arrived, and even the curtain rods we’d bought on our own for our sliding-​glass doors. He was always courteous and professional, and a breath of fresh air after months of hassle with various contractors. We would recommend Bill Bagby with enthusiasm!
