Salon 21

I had a groupon to try out this salon. Mary did a wonderful job. The color lowlights are amazing and the cut is great. She didn’t mind helping me make choices and was patient. I will be back.

I went to this salon for the first time on a groupon that I purchased for both a cut and color. Calvin did an excellent job! He matched the color I wanted perfectly and the cut was just what I needed. I also purchased the mani-​pedi and loved it. This salon was so welcoming and fun. The people really make your day! I had a awesome experience and I will definitely be back.

Calvin did a fantastic job on my cut and color! Couldn’t be more pleased with the result. I went from a light brown to a really rich, dark mahogany brown. The color is gorgeous, and the cut is exactly what I wanted. The salon has a very welcoming, friendly vibe, and I would highly recommend it.

I went twice for a haircut with Mary Jo.
First time i used a Groupon deal and the second time i just had the cut & go haircut.
She did an awesome job listens to what you want and is very friendly — the place is well kept.
I loved my haircut both times. Will definitely keep returning there from now on.
I cant comment on the other services offered but for haircuts — very good prices.

I’ve gone to salon 21 for a few years now. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Heather’s done my hair for a long time and she’s great at colors and cuts. Calvin and Mary are great at hair too, and they both give a nice manicure or pedicure. The prices are very reasonable. The salon is clean and organized. And I feel like family when I walk in. They do a great job trimming my daughters hair too. I definitely recommend Salon 21.

I had a Groupon for the express mani-​pedi. My cousin and I went together and had great time. The salon is cute and comfortable and the ladies were very sweet. The owner has years of experience and has a great staff. I will definitely be going back and trying their salon services.

Had two separate Living Social/​Groupon deals to Salon 21. The first was for a manicure and pedicure. These consisted of having my feet soaked for 5 minutes, a little lotion rubbed on, and nails painted. No scrubbing, getting rid of dead skin, massage, etc. Very unimpressed. I also had two deals for microdermabrasion. My sister and I scheduled appointments back to back when she was in town. (We were scheduled at 1 P and 2 P, per the person who answered the phone). When I arrived by myself at 1, the esthetician asked where my sister was. I explained she would be coming later, as she was having lunch with a friend to maximize her use of time while in town. I was asked if I could please call her and see if she could come at 130, so the lady could pick up her kid at school. My sister was not able to arrive any sooner, and both of our procedures were rushed through. Additionally, the esthetician did not change the sheets between each of our services, and hoped it was «OK,» because we were sisters. Many other issues throughout the process. Will NEVER go back.

Very friendly staff that makes you feel welcome. I was at home as soon as I walked in the door. I had a good experience for my mani/​pedi. I haven’t used this salon for hair, so I can’t rate that. I was very pleased with the quality for the price. Very clean and professional. Nice atmosphere. My nails look awesome

Would not recommend this salon for haircuts or color. Unprofessional and inexperienced.
