Went here for an eyebrow wax, as my regular girl was out of town. Mistake!!! First of all Tiana never washed her hands… Gross! No tweezing was done so your brows are not really getting shaped. They were uneven, but she thought they were fine. Well, I wasn’t gonna let her touch them again! Screwed up eyebrows are the worst! Then I go to pay and they charge me 18. Phone quote was 15! Wait… I’m not done! Then I go to brush my hair out later that evening and she dropped wax all through the right side of my hair!!! I would NEVER go here again!!!

There’s no better salon in CS than this one. I live out of town, but will make the long trip in just so Nicole can cut and color my hair. All the stylists here are fantastic, but Nicole N. just rocks it! First of all she listens, and then she’ll incorporate your desires with her expertise. She may look young, but she started cutting hair in middle school. Additionally, this place is super affordable. Yeah, it’s located in a strip mall, don’t let that fool you. You get quality and value.

This is a great salon which also does waxing and facials. I have been going here for over a year. I see Cassidy and she does my hair and eyebrows. Everyone is great here and very friendly. They accept walk-ins and appointments. Overall I really enjoy this salon.

First, let me just say that if I only graded on the professional and friendly attitude of all the ladies there, this place would absolutely score a 5 star from me. Besides my mother and myself, everyone that came through the door received greetings and were engaged in friendly chit chat during their appointment. Ever been into salons where the staff talked crap about their clients after they left? Me too… but no trace of that here. SO, thanks to all the ladies there — you rock! My mother and I came here for pedicures and manicures only. If I had seen the place before my mom booked us appointments, I don’t know if I would’ve chosen to come here. In my opinion, this place is more geared towards hair styling, not nails. If I’m going to spend the money, I want a place that specializes in nails and has the set up for just that. The girls did great as they had clients overlapping with other clients, computer problems, no receptionist, etc etc. they handled it beautifully, but it can leave a customer guessing if they’re getting the attention and quality that they pay for when the stylists are being tugged in every direction. My manicure was awesome. Nicole did a great job! I loved my pedicure, but didn’t really like the set up. The pedicure station is tucked away in tiny back room. It’s basically a converted closet that happened to fit a chair and foot tub. It’s nice in a way because you can relax without any outside commotion, but it was also a little uncomfortable for me at first. I was aware that my mom and I couldn’t get pedis at the same time, but I thought we would at least be in the same room and able to make conversation. That was a little disappointing. My other concern with the pedicure set up, is that Libby(who also did a stellar job, wonderful wonderful) is a freelance worker there. I didn’t mind paying for my manicure at the desk and then handing Libby cash for the pedicure, but my mom and I were there with gift cards. How would we have been able to pay Libby if we only had gift cards? I feel that is a detail that needs to be disclosed to people coming in for pedicures. As far as I know, we weren’t told at all about that. It could put new clients in a sticky situation if they come there expecting to pay one bill, or even use a gift card for the whole service. So, in the end, the results were great and for the people in the Springs, I’m sure it’s nice to have an all in one place at the Bön shopping center. The potential for this place is great and with a little tweaking, it will be.
