I took Trish’s prenatal pilates class, and it was absolutely amazing. Not only did it help me feel great while I was pregnant, but I think it was also super helpful in preparing me for labor and childbirth. I would definitely recommend this class to anyone who is expecting! Trish is wonderful, and she would take the time each class to ask how I was feeling, and see if there were any areas in my body that needed stretching or attention that day. This class is a must for all moms to be!
