I absolutely loved my pedicure as well as Claudine :) It’s not your typical pedicure — gone are the nasty feet pools and in place is the stainless still warm water bowl that is for individual use so no fear about cleanliness!!! My friend & I booked together — keep in mind only 2 of you can be in the same room due to space — this first time mom needed a girls day out — the atmosphere is your choice — I enjoyed great conversation amongst all of us but if I had wanted a tranquil serene atmosphere Claudine can provide that as well that’s just not my thing. I have all intentions of making this my go to spot!!! To top it off the front of the store has amazing dresses and boutique items for sale — loved my day out!!!

I went here after receiving a gift certificate for a manicure, pedicure, and 1 hour couple’s massage. I really enjoyed the down to earth customer service, friendliness of the owner and staff, and I truly felt pampered. I felt that the services were pricey and the building was small, but I feel fantastic after my day of pampering! You cannot put a price on that!
The massage was great, with a few hiccups. I did not feel that they were very prepared for us because the table set up for me was not covered correctly, a pillow was not available, and the CD was scratched. But again, the massages were great!
My husband and I have already signed up for a hot stone massage in two weeks with Priscilla and the male masseuse. My manicure, which was done by Kari, is beautiful. My pedicure done by the owner, Claudine, is gorgeous also.
We were also given 2 glasses of complimentary wine with a refill during our visit! This place is just over the top with their customer service which makes it well worth visiting!

I went to this spa a few days ago for a massage and pedicure. I was treated very well by the owner, Claudine. She was super accommodating with my request to add a massage (I had only booked the padi). She was gave me the pedicure herself and it was wonderful! It looks and felt great. The price is very reasonable. The only thing lacking is the pedicure chairs (with massage) that some places offer. The service and friendliness was super. The lady that did my massage is named «Wisdom». She was excellent and very thorough. I was very pleased.
I have been there before and the first pedi I had (by a different person) was not so good. She is not there anymore. So: I recommend Claudine highly for mani or pedis. I also highly recommend Wisdom. Nice shop too.

Every single person at this spa is super nice– no issues with the customer service. Here is the BUT, the actually quality of the services was not up to par with other salons I’ve been to in the past. I came here on two separate occasions and have had the following services: gel manicure, massage, facial and pedicure. The manicure lasted one week before it chipped and peeled. For a gel manicure! The massage was ok, it was in the basement of the spa and it felt like a basement. I’ve had better massages. The facial was good but again just ok. I should note I like extractions with steam for my facials and neither of those was done during my appointment. The pedicure chipped one day later.
So if you want to spend money for people to nice to you then this place is great. But if you want to spend your money for quality services that last and leave an impression try some other places out there.

Pedicure was good, eyebrow threading was horrible. Grateful that the owner did not charge me for the eyebrow threading. The lady who did the threading did not speak English. She bolted as soon as we walked out of the room. Completely mortified. One eyebrow was beyond thin and cut in half. Her eyebrows looked good so I asked her to clean them up and her response was I don’t speak English. She did know how to say sorry when I looked in the mirror and said OH MY GOSH IM MISSING MY EYEBROW. Owner said it doesn’t look bad. I said well it doesn’t look good. Would not recommend to a friend, family member or enemy. Ps there is a real eyebrow threading establishment two doors down.

My husband and I got a couples massage this weekend at Hyacinth’s; mine was a prenatal. Though it was booked as prenatal, my massage therapist was not ready for me and had to readjust the table and get a body pillow to accomodate my baby bump. The pillow on my table was without a pillowcase and when I asked for one, they did not have one available, instead assuring me that the pillow was clean. I insisted and a sheet was folded up for me to lay my head on. The most disappointing, however, was the fact that my therapist forgot a limb. She worked my whole right side, but on my left, she worked my back, SKIPPED my left arm entirely, and changed techniques on my left leg because, I assume, she didn’t manage the time well. I left feeling very unbalanced, having one leg massaged halfway and my left arm totally ignored. The oversight was not mentioned, and the proprietor did not ask for feedback on my experience.
