I don’t know what it is jinxing me about this place. So you say you’re running behind, thanks for pointing out the obvious, so why is my plate of food comes out cool and my server doesn’t even deliver my meal. I have to wait for the other server to come back with the lemon and butter sides to point to out that my food isn’t even hot. He takes it back, gets the manager involved and I still haven’t seen my server. Finally the manager delivers the«fresh» plate which isn’t much warmer than the first, apologizes and asks if there’s anything else I need. If the butters not melting on the food, that should be your clue that it’s not hot. I need a new red lobster that consistently delivers good, quality meals. Every time I come here, there’s an issue. I guess I better find another red lobster in town. Oh there my server wondering if I want dessert. Thanks for checking back on me.

Order the shrimp linguine something pasta. It’s incredible. The manager is also really nice and we have never had a bad experience there.

This powers location much newer and nicer than the Academy location. Shrimp were ok but nothing outstanding. Came for a change in pace and the CHEESEBISCUITS. Two of us ate for $ 26.00 with just water. Service was ok.

We have been here several times. So we have always been happy with are service. Weather we sat in the bar or in the actual dining room. We went for the lobster scampi linguine. Wow is all I can say it was awesome lots of lobster the key to making it great is the lemon squeeze it on the lobster. Don’t stir it in just stir your pasta separate. And we had the peach tea. It was a very nice night.

The food is usually pretty good. This time I had the Grilled Garlic Shrimp and Grilled Salmon. Salmon was great but shrimp were small and a little over cooked. My daughter had the King Snow Crab Legs and they were a little small but she liked them. The biscuits they bring out were a little browned on the bottom this time as well, giving them a slightly burned taste. The Warm Apple Crostata for desert was great though. Service is usually very nice. The manager always seems to walk by all the tables and ask how things are when we are in there. I will say that this was only my latest experience. Previous times I would have given them 4 stars.

My wife and I came here this past Sunday, March 1st for my big 5 – 0 birthday. She knows I like seafood, and this was a nice gesture. We got there, and they were very busy. They said it would be about a 15 to 20 minute wait. It ended up being more like 5 minutes which was nice. We got seated, and the waitress asked if we were celebrating anything. Of course the wife spilled the beans, and spoke up about my 50th birthday. Thankfully, the waitress asked if I would like for them all to sing to me. I declined. :-) anyhow, we ordered a lobster, and artichoke dip as an appetizer, and it was delicious! For the meal I ordered lobster meat tacos, and although they were small, they were pretty good. My wife got the wood grilled salmon dish, and she enjoyed it very much. I’ve always liked red lobster, and will be back. However, for the money, and the size of those tacos(3 of them), the price was pretty ridiculous. $ 12.99. Not to mention, there was hardly any lobster meat in them. I wouldn’t order those again because the value compared to what you get simply doesn’t add up for me. Also, I know they used to offer a complimentary dessert for people celebrating a birthday. Evidently they don’t anymore. They’re getting kind of stingy I guess.

They really do a good job at red lobster. The food is great and well cooked. the waitresses are first class too. I have the snow crab legs and red lobsters are usually the best. They are never soggy like other places legs. It’s not a cheap meal but it’s a good meal. It’s the kind of place that you go to on your birthday.

Wifey and I had dinner there last night and it was one of the best experiences we’ve had at a Red Lobster. The server we had was awesome and not only did the manager touch our table but other servers checked on us when ours was busy and it was a packed night. I had the Wood Grilled Lobster Shrimp and Salmon delicious. My wife had the same but substituted the salmon for wood grilled scallops. The only thing that wasn’t to our liking was the stuffed mushrooms, to much breading in their recipe. One of the better Red Lobsters we’ve been to.

So been here many times before but is it just me or is the quality of food(I know, this sounds like an oxymoron) going downhill fast? There are no real seafood venues in this area to include the Crimson Crustacean, so I’m stuck on not eating seafood altogether or going anyplace else which there really is none per se. Sadly, my lobster tacos were not something I’d order again. Food took over 30 minutes to deliver and I thought this was unacceptable so I give it a fail for quick service. Our food server seemed competent and knowledgeable but the whole speed of delivery was out of his hands. Still, I hope management gets their act together and turn this around! No wonder my daughter commented on how NOT busy this place was… this validates my post and my concerns for this restaurant.

Just great service for today. We got free appetizer for veterens!!! But even though it was only one, we had very good service and our experience was very enjoyable. Thank you Meagan our server! Definitely deserves a promotion. Will come back!

I don’t go to Red Lobster for great seafood. It’s good for what it is. I have to say that I believe it’s over-priced. I only go there when someone else wants to. It’s usually the children because they want to see the live lobsters. The service is usually friendly, but in most cases, too slow.

Wow we had a great meal and one of the best waitresses I’ve ever had in a long time. I got talapia with lemon sauce on it and five minutes after I was eating it, Kelly, our waitress came by and told us that that wasn’t the proper way that it was so she made me a whole new meal. The second time it came out was way better. It melted in my mouth. The food was great but what I really was happy about was the GREAT service. Kelly was one of the best waitresses, hands down. From all around it seemed like all the employees were happy to see and wait on people. We came here a few months ago and even within those two months I can tell that this location has improved. I deff will be returning! Request Kelly if you go!!!

Service was lame!!! We asked the waiter for lemon and tartar sauce for our Shrimp… Literally took him 20 minutes. After 10 min we asked another waiter for it… Took 2 minutes. Then he comes by 10 minutes after that… He comes with the lemon and tartar sauce… 20 minutes later! What in the world?!! He knew it was a birthday for one in our party but did not bring out a dessert. Instead said, «I pulled a favor and got a couple of us to sing happy birthday». There were 3 other parties for birthdays that got free dessert and sung to. One was right next to us. Very disappointed because its the ONE place the birthday person wanted to go to. For shame!

Eating at a chain restaurant is not usually in my repertoire, but a colleague wanted dinner here last night and we had promised him we’d meet with him. Service was EXCELLENT. Kris was supremely helpful, personable, and responsive, but not annoying in any way. Sure, nearly everything he said was along the lines of RL’s corporate-speak, but his natural friendly disposition shone. He’d be an asset to any restaurant. I haven’t been to an RL in YEARS. The menu AND the buildings have been revamped, so generally speaking, it doesn’t feel as dated. Food was as average as I remembered it. However, I did enjoy the skillet-fried red potatoes as a side versus the wild pilaf. Nothing was horrible, but nothing stood out. I liked the fact that they had half-sized fish available. With that said, I left stuffed. My strawberry lemonade was not made fresh but seemed to be from the soda machine instead… they did liven it up with a real whole strawberry, though. It’s not as good as Bonefish, but it’s definitely less expensive. For a chain, I’m glad I gave RL a chance again.
