Staff was friendly and informative. Manager came out to introduce himself personally and to offer suggestions. Way higher quality than what one would expect from a mall food court. And the food was good too.

They’re hot dogs are the real deal Sabrett with red onions the Ruben is very good everything there is good I always eat there there’s one downtown and there’s one on chapel Hills Mall food and service is great there are 10 + 10 in my books

I wanted to take a minute to write and thank PB and jellies! They have gluten-​free bread and other gluten free products! The manager did express her concern about cross-​contamination with us having celiac disease, but they washed their hands and every tool to prepare our lunch! They even bagged everything separate to reduce the risk of us getting sick. My daughter and I were so hungry for a sandwich and it is hard to find places that have gluten-​free. We are so thankful to them and everything that they have done for us today! We will be back again and will let all of our celiac friends know how wonderful they are!!!

I wanted to so bad to give this 5 stars, because the food I had was exceptional. I got the Peanut Butter Cup, with maple honey PB and nutella on GF bread. It definitely hit the spot. The reason I’m only giving 4 stars is 2 reasons. One, I wish I could have just gotten a sandwich, and have it be a touch cheaper and not include chips. ALL sandwiches include chips. Second (and the main reason), is the customer service was not great. I stood at the counter for 2 – 3 min, then a woman stuck her head out from the back and said she’d be right with me. Another 2 – 3 min. went by before she came out to take my order. I was the only one there. The entire time she took my order, she acted like she was being inconvenienced. That is something I cannot stand.

At pb&js, I am always treated with the utmost respect and given premium quality service. I have come here a few times now and have never once been dissatisfied or even disappointed by the food or service. The amount of passion put into the food here rivals even the finest eateries. The extra effort put into the ingredients is extremely noticeable and worthy of praise. Not at all what you might expect to find in a mall food court, and I would recommend it to everybody.

I was impresssed with all the varieties of sandwiches unfortunately halfway through my sandwich I realized the bread had mold on it. I received a refund but I still won’t be returning.

Hear me out. Their peanut butter and their sandwiches are AMAZING. However… paying $ 6.50 for two hot dogs would be perfectly acceptable if the hotdogs were anything close to special. They were TINY. The buns weren’t yummy (although having the buns toasted was a nice touch). I can microwave a better hot dog for $.30 at home… otherwise than the hotdogs AMAZING!!! Gluten free alternative sandwiches are also VERY small… but the same sandwich and prices. Also… reallllly slow. They weren’t swamped or even slightly busy but still took a while to grill a couple dogs and put together a couple sandwiches… slightly disappointing.

You know, this place makes some GREAT sandwiches, I must say. And the staff, especially the manager Art, is phenomenal. This is like a gem in the food court at the chapel hills mall (which seems to be deteriorating every day which makes it that much better).

My 2−½ year old son is EXTREMELY picky but pb&j is one of the few things he’ll eat. The Homemade pb and jellies are yummy. I got the turkey club and it was delicious. I wasn’t sure about the slaw on it or sauce but I just went with it and it was very good. The guy working there was very nice and even brought my son a popsicle for desert. I’m from Charlotte and wish we had something there like this.

I am not a fan of peanut butter. The only reason we tried this place is because my oldest is extremely picky and pb is one thing she eats. My girls loved it. I even gave a pb & j a try. I had the white chocolate pb & heart berry jelly. It was amazing! I think I’ll be ordering some thru the mail. Yummy!

Fresh breads, awesome deli meat and great portions. You get what you pay for and in this case it’s awesome. Great addition to the Chapel Hills Mall!
