Great pastrami sandwich, Wife had the Club Royale. Both were tasty and meat was plentiful… Salad bar is outstanding… Lots of free munchies… We will be back and suggest everyone tries it…

I love the variety of options at Jason’s Deli but this particular location is not the best. I ordered the Chicken Club Salad and Beefeater sandwich (roast beef) to go. The staff packed it up and when I arrived home, there was no dressing for the salad. Also, while eating the salad, there were a few avocado peels left in there. I feel like the staff is just careless. Food is decent, but who knows how they are making it back there.

Don’t get the Plain Jane potato. At $ 7 for the light version it was kinda small, over done and doesn’t represent a good value at all. Come on — it’s a potato not a steak!

I’m a Jason’s Deli regular. Over the past decade my friends and I have likely been to more than 50 locations in the chain. Driving through The Springs I had a few Colorado natives with me who have never been to a Jason’s. They live in Fort Collins and Denver and didn’t know the chain existed. I chuckled when they asked if it was better than Which Wich and Subway. Those two places are like McDonalds compared to a hand padded restaurant burger. It’s no different with Jason’s and other sandwich stores. Jason’s delivers far superior quality than places like Subway and much better service. This location, meanwhile, is always clean, the staff is friendly, patient (there’s a lot on the menu, it can take a while to decide) and helpful an the food remains consistent.
The challenge with Jason’s is there’s too many things to order. An array of soups, a salad bar, sandwiches, loaded potatoes, pastas, etc, await. My suggestion is to order the Manager’s Special: a half sandwich with a cup of soup or salad bar and rather than the potato chips that come with every meal, upgrade to fruit, veggies or corn chips and salsa. While I have my favorites you can’t go wrong with any of the sandwiches. The Club Royale, Chicken Panini and Smoked Jack Panini are my go-to’s.
You’ll be impressed with the salad bar. The staff keeps it loaded with fresh greens and veggies and there’s seemingly eight soups available daily. My favorite is the Fire Roasted Tortilla and Vegetable.
Jason’s caters to everyone. Whether you’re coming in solo for a quick bite, to lunch with coworkers or dinner with the family you’ll find something for everyone. They always provide quality portions and fresh meats. And, after one visit you’ll likely become a regular, too.

So bummed that the last few times I came to eat here, I left disappointed. Before this last trip to Colorado, I loved coming here. But the last few times the food hasn’t been up to par. Wrong orders, smaller portions. And the workers have been less helpful or friendly.
The last time we went was the worst visit of all. It was mostly empty but the food still took forever to come out. I had ordered the advertised pork sandwich special. When it finally came out, it looked absolutely nothing like the advertisement picture. In fact it was so different from what I expected to receive, we thought they gave me the wrong order. When I asked about it, they told me that it was in fact that sandwich and when I asked why it looked nothing like the picture she just stared at me blankly. So I told her maybe she should go look at it so she could see what I was talking about but she just kept standing there staring. No apologies or anything, except basically did I want something else. Which I said that yes if I wasn’t going to get what was advertised then I’ll go ahead and order something else. So had to wait even longer for my order. Again no apologies from any of the wait staff.
I don’t know if they have new, crappier management or just hired crappier staff… but I left not wanting to go back again. Bummer.

Love this place! Always come in when I’m hungry and need to get full for awhile because their famous sandwiches are huge!

Poor service, staff, and food at this location! I recently took a friend out to eat there, his first time there and found a strip of plastic in his pot pie. Upon returning his pot pie the cashier laughed before apologizing, and was just an unclean atmosphere!

Food is an 8 out of 10, service 5 bathrooms disgusting makes me wonder about food prep?

Love the salad bar, and free ice cream is awesome and the VEGETARIAN french onion soup is the best I’ve ever had, so so good!

Always a good experience here. Fast and if you like gluten free there is plenty to choose from. Food is fresh and device is fast. I also tried the new gluten free chicken nuggets. I know I know but they were very tasty!
Sandwiches are always served with a lot of meat. So they make a great value meal. Highly recommend for a simple lunch.

So many fresh delicious sandwich choices! I got ½ California club and broccoli cheese soup, which was amazing! The sandwich has turkey, guacamole, tomato, bacon, cheese and mayo on a toasted croissant. The sandwich was light and perfect for a Sunday afternoon lunch. I think next time I will do a soup and salad bar because that salad bar was on point! It looked so fresh I cannot wait to try it out next time.
On another positive note, you get free ice cream! Yum!

I got the salad bar, by far the freshest salad bar in the springs, and the free ice cream reminds me of going to sizzlers as a kid! I really enjoyed it!

This is my favorite lunch spot. Not only are the sandwiches amazing but the option of a salad bar is great! I’m surprised it is the only one in Colorado Springs. I moved here from San Antonio and there are Jason’s Deli locations everywhere.

I choose the salad bar everytime. It’s fresh, unlimited (trips), has plenty of options, and quality at that. Whole Foods has a better salad bar, but it won’t ring up for $ 8 like this place does. Depends how deep the wallet is; this is the regular economical choice.

Jason’s deli has decent sandwiches and soups. I usually only eat here for lunch with my coworkers. The manager’s special is half sandwich and cup of soup. The pot roast sandwich and broccoli cheese soup is a good combo. This time I tried the Cuban sandwich with beef stew. It’s hit and miss, sometimes the bread is stale. They have complimentary self serve ice cream near the fountain drinks so I like to make root beer floats. Over all it’s a bit underwhelming. I wouldn’t rate it more than 3 stars.

Good veggie options and free ice cream. Pretty solid service and i would choose it over Panera every single time.

It was a total let down. I can make a better sandwich at home. I got chili and it seemed canned. I didn’t get the salad bar, but it looked good. I got a turkey wrap and it was so blah. I’d rather spend my money elsewhere.

If you’re a Vegetarian or just a veggie lover, definitely try the Veggie wrap. It’s less than 350 calories and so yummy! Perfect for lunch!
Also, you can order online if you’re in a rush and schedule for pickup. Comes in VERY handy!

Decent place for a good sandwich. I definitely plan on returning for some of the other menu items that looked pretty intriguing. Something about it doesn’t quite get it a full 5 stars with me but after only one visit it is almost there so I may revisit that 5-​star rating after another meal.
Complimentary soft-​serve ice cream, a salad bar if you prefer that over a delicious carb-​packed sandwich (their breads are great), and some other desserts/​goodies too. Try it out!

First time here and It was a satisfying meal. I had the zucchini grillini and it was delicious. It needed some pepperoncinis but you can find them at the salad bar. I appreciate that they have healthy, organic, and vegetarian options. They could probably choose better chips other than the ruffles like maybe kettle chips instead. The portions are good for the price. I will have to try some of their other sandwiches.
