Jack In the Box

Ordered 24 tacos, 20 piece chicken nugget and 2 large curly fries to go. We were inside and noticed them cleaning the floor which was nice to see them clean. Pouring soapy water all over the floor and then taking a squeegee broom and SPLASHING that same dirty soapy water towards the drain. They had three employees doing this while only one was putting 24 tacos in the bags.
I gave a two star because this jack in the box does not seem as «clean» as one would expect. Nor does the service reflect well from what I’ve received in the past.

Service has gotta super slow in the mornings lately running a two live crew. Don’t stop here if you’re in a hurry. The food is still good but I waited in line 15 minutes here Friday, that’s not going to work when I usually get through line in five minutes and that’s what I expect.

We have been going to this location since they opened their doors. It has been our opinion that the Store Manager does an excellent job. Seems like she is always there to include Sunday’s. The employees overall seem to work hard and care about the customers whom are why they get their pay checks. Like all fast food establishments there are lapses in service and food presentation and service. But for many years we have been impressed with the food and service as well as the Store Manager. She has a tough job and my hat is off to your efforts. Thanks for many excellent meals and customer service experiences.

The website says the drive thru is open till 1:00am Monday thru Thursday. Sign on the door says the drive thru is open till 1:00am Monday thru Thursday. NOT! Don’t even bother to come by here late night.

5 Stars for staff and service and cleanliness.
Minus one star for the food — as far as fast food goes, this place just needs to stick with what they’re good at. Asian, Mexican, and American food? All on the same menu?
The place is always clean and the staff are always polite and friendly. And they’re open ²⁴⁄₇.

What a fancy dang Jack in the box lol. I went through the drive thru really late a few nights ago. A young man was helping me and was super nice! The food was fresh and tasted perfect. So glad this place isnt like a Mc Donalds (yuck). I love Jack!

The food was just okay, what can you expect from a fast food joint. But the drive thru worker was super pleasant, caught that she had them make my order wrong before giving it to me and had it remade, and I still got everything promptly. Miss the old fries, but otherwise it was a pleasant enough experience.

Ambiance: Bright and cheery. This place is pretty clean and inviting. Has a drive thru that is open late during the week and 24 hours on weekends. They have a kiosk where you can place your order if there is a large line ahead of you.
Service: The staff here are a notch above most fast food restaurants. Very friendly and with personality (wow, that is something that has also disappeared in most fast food places). If dining in, you are given a number to take to your table, and the staff will bring your food to you, rather than having you stand in the lobby area and wait for your number to be called (again something you don’t find at many fast food places.) Self serve soda area.
Food: This is my one guilty pleasure. For all accounts, I should despise the food here, but I am totally addicted to their fried creations. Their two tacos for 99 cents, with their mystery meat and American cheese, stand for everything I am against at Mexican places, yet I can devour a half dozen of these things easily (especially late at night). I also love their fried eggrolls and cheesy potato skins. Their breakfast burritos are also tasty. Not so much a fan of their regular burgers or fries though. Also real ice cream milk shakes.
I am somewhat embarrassed to be caring on so about a fast food joint, but this is one of the few I patronize on a semi-​regular basis when I have the «munchies». I grew up on Jack while living in California, and was glad to see they finally arrived in Colorado Springs within the last two years.

Great customer service. Friendly and clean restaraunt. Seating is full of hard chairs and not the greatest music over the speakers. Awesome curly fries!
