What is the purpose of calling ahead? Received a visit time and waited for over a hour for my daughter’s paperwork to be put in the system. She was number on the list shown but was called after 2 and 3 only because I questioned the process. Seems silly to have a visit time and it take well over an hour from the time we sign in to the time her paperwork is put through to get called back. The Drs are great but seems process is broken.

When I moved here to the Springs 2 years ago, my immune system took a hit and I was sick a lot that first year. After doing some research I came here and have been coming here ever since. I find the wait times reasonable and the call ahead list very convenient. All the providers, nurses and receptionist very pleasant which isn’t always the case. Even without having insurance the first couple times, the visits weren’t that expensive. I would absolutely recommend this urgent care to anyone that needs to see a provider fast or doesn’t have a primary care doctor.

My first appt lasted two hours from beginning to end. Then I arrived for an 11am follow-up appt at 10:55 and was not seen until 12:15. That is unacceptable! I will not come back to this urgent care!

3rd visit since I discovered this place 4 years ago and always impressed. The staff are far more caring, compassionate and respectful than staff at ERs and other urgent cares. This place is it as convenient to my home or work as other facilities but I will always drive out of my way for after hours care to see them. I’m grateful they are here and grateful for every person that I’ve worked with there. Thank you!

This place has gone down hill. We have been here many times but now it takes forever and the level of service is horrible. They must do a lot of drug testing for local businesses and we talked to a young man that had been there for 3 hours. You see people just standing around talking at the desk. The nurses and doctors seem great. It’s just the staff that is not great.

First time ever using an Urgent Care facility. I was very impressed with the level of customer service. I waited longer than probably is the norm, however I didn’t mind since I wasn’t in any pain. I definitely would recommend Integrity Urgent Care if you ever need it.

I’m a college student in town and this is the only place I will go since I don’t have a primary doctor out here. They’re great! Busy at times, but their call ahead feature is amazing! So glad they implemented it! Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. They even keep your visits on file so the doctors know the history as if they were your primary physician even if you get different doctors each visit! They only charge you the copay as if you were going to your own doctor and even accept patients without insurance.

My two visits in 4 years were all animal-caused. The first time, a strange dog ran up and bit my leg, puncturing the skin pretty deeply near the knee. It didn’t hurt, but I still wanted it to get seen. I didn’t really want to deal with an ER, so I gave IUC a call as they’re right down the street. The waiting room hadn’t been very busy then and I was seen right away. Dr. Bacca performed the minor surgery at the time, and I remember him being very caring and efficient with an excellent bedside manner. He talked to me throughout the entire process as I watched them repair my leg, and two kind nurses assisted him(it was gross in a fascinating way). This second time I got an infection from a bee sting. Knowing that my regular GP is always booked out 2 weeks, I went here again with the memory of great service from the first time around. The only difference this time was I had to wait about half an hour, but the staff was very nice. IUC still offers cookies, coffee, and tea, and there’s a TV in the waiting area. I got Dr. Bacca again and even though he didn’t remember me, he hadn’t changed: still very charismatic and caring. Antibiotics were dispensed on-site from the InstyMed machine. Basically, it’s a vending machine that takes your insurance info(not required, but you will pay more if none) and delivers exactly what the doctor ordered right then and there. One of the nice nurses helped me through this process. It was really convenient not having to take a prescription slip elsewhere(like Walgreens) and run another errand. I inserted my credit card, waited 3 minutes, and the machine spit out the meds all sealed up and labeled. Just FYI, this thing does NOT dispense meds on a recurring basis(ie, «maintenance» drugs or ones that require regular refills). IUC accepted my company-provided insurance. All around very competent and caring service.
