Hooters

We went on the Cotto/​Canelo fight night. We had Jade, she was amazing. Always checking up on us at the right time, but not so much it was a bother of our experience. She had a genuine smile and seemed very well mannered. I hope to have her again.

Let’s me start by saying, yes I realize it’s hooters, but that’s no excuse for bad service.
Me and the kids went tonight 9÷16÷2015. Now we have been to the one on Woodmen and had the waitress screwed up our entire orders. The manager comped all with was extreme to me but a nice touch. So we figured, both of them can’t suck! Wrong. Sat down, placed our order and got our drinks. All good. Waited 15mins. Waitress says food will be right out. No food. New table sits in her section, they get there wings in 5 minutes. No lie. Another table, gets their food. Finally the waitress shows up empty handed, says she forgot to put our order in. We are all pretty over it. I asked for the bill for the drinks. Waited for that. She came back and said the manager would be out to talk to me. Seriously, you expect me to wait even more for the manager. Nope. She said don’t worry about the drinks. I left her $ 5.00, and I don’t know why. I never tip on bad service. So the kids and I have given up on Hooters. To bad cause I like the wings. Poor service followed by poor management. This would explain why they were half full at 5:45.

Horrible experience almost every time I go. We went tonight for their all you can eat wings and was told we would wait for 15 minutes for a table. We were waiting right outside the doors and the hostess sat 4 other groups. Granted we had a larger group, but we were still here first. We then asked why we hadn’t been sat after 30 minutes and she said there was no tables. Lies because you just sat 4 other groups of people. We asked why tables weren’t put together in order to seat us first, and she replied with the fact she wasn’t allowed to do that, and then told us it could be up to another 30 minutes to an hour of a wait. We told her no, and just split our party into two separate ones. We got seated pretty quickly after that, across the restaurant, when there were empty tables available for us to at least sit next to each other: We walk in and saw tables put together for a different party of about 15 and I’m beyond my breaking point. I walked out and my boyfriend still sat for 45 minutes waiting for his first order of wings because «there’s new cooks.» Well should have hired better ones in order to ensure you’re business is ran and you don’t lose customers.

All I had were the wings and I wasn’t impressed. I must mention, the ladies restroom was filthy.

Wow, what a difference six months can make. First, met with a sign at the door posted «no concealed carry». Really, when most of your clientele is military, police & first responder? Despite that went inside and was greeted, she took the drink and food order and that was the last time I saw her before the check. In 20 years I have never has a sweet tea run dry at a Hooters. (and I’m talking worldwide) Next were the patio tables which were covered in grease; looks like it had built up for a couple months. Lastly, checked the bank statement this morning and I had been rounded up! Either poor math skills or just laziness. I’m not really sure what happened to this Hooter’s but I won’t be back… Kind of sad really.

Wings are fresh but service is slow. Scary-​looking non-​English-​speaking clientele w/​gang tats on their necks. Most Hooters girls at this location are too chubby for their outfits.

Food sucked I got wings that had flavor only on one side and others still had bits of feathers on it. Waitstaff tried but the kitchen messed up a lot.

It is a ok place for guys to hang out, if it wasn’t for the hooters I wouldn’t care to go because the wings are not great with a limited menu but I did enjoy the cheese tots with sour cream and our waitress was gorgeous.

Used to come here for Thursday night trivia before they canceled it, but today was the last straw with this place. Wings were raw, told the GM, and he told us we were wrong – even though they were pink and bloody. Bathrooms smelled like bad sewage for a long time, so they put air fresheners in in that smell even worse. Food took almost 45 min when it wasn’t very busy, and was cold when it was brought out. I’m finished giving this place second chances.

Well, decided to go out for a beer and maybe some smiling waitresses. I got the beer but it looked like the waitresses were to busy to smile or say hello.

Horrible service! Waited over 30 min for our order to come in. Waited just as long for drinks. Food could have been better too. Will NOT be going back there when we take a Colorado trip!

Not a bad place to sit down for a some beer and wings. My husband and I went last night and I loved how our waitress took our order and only bugged when it looked like we needed something. It was nice that they had the opening of the Olympics on and that you could actually hear it. It was dead in there last night, but I am sure it was because of all the festivities going on downtown.
Also something had happened to the peoples order next to us, so they took care of it right away and comped the meal and gave them dessert. The manager on duty was really nice and even stopped by to ask us how everything was!
We will be back, just wish they had more of a food selection.

Location is a bit older, service and food are par. It’s definitely a Hooter’s, but the franchise is done better elsewhere.

Food was a solid OK. My friends food came out very salty and uneatable. The waitress we had acted like she hated her job. Other than that, it seemed like an other chain restaurant. Nothing spectacular about this place.

Just got back from lunch here. Loved the girls. All the girls looked fit. Some of them were much spunkier than others… dancing to music, flirting with customers and smiling a lot. Can’t say our waitress was that way though. She was kinda dull and definitely not as cheerfull. YMMV.
Ordered the Lemon Pepper wings… don’t ever order these! Way too much lemon pepper. Maybe it was my mistake as I haven’t been to a Hooters in years.
No hints here besides make sure you sit facing the bar… aka…where all the girls hang out.

It’s a Hooters in a shopping mall. There is one girl who I guess is the star, her pics are all over the wall and I guess she has been in a few of the Hooters girl’s competitions. She is nice looking. This place is packed for UFC fight (I HATE UFC! …I’m more of a boxing fan). I must confess I really don’t like the atmosphere, the bar is too small and they always seem to the front section of the place reserved for something or other; but I do like the food! The fried pickles are great and of course the wings are good too. I’m currently into the boneless wings, they are juicy and flavorful. The wi-​fi is free, but ask for the password from one of the waitress its «wings83rocks!» Or something close to that. Also there is a 10% off for military, just make sure you show them your ID!

Split a huge platter of chicken wings with the cajun sauce. I had heard they were amazing but I was not impressed at all. It certainly seems to me that if you go to hooters «for the wings» you are just going for the boobs (which by the way seems like a good enough reason to me).

Not as good as the old days.
