Very poor service. My family and i stood at front door waiting to be sat for 10min. There were servers on the floor and one bartender. All the serevers just stared at us standing at the door and didnt offer to help us. I finally asked the bartender «does non of your staff want to seat us or should i just seat myself since they are just standing there looking at us?» After that we were finally sat. Joel the manager help making things go a little better. Joel check. On us 3 times during our visit. Your servers need to learn the steps of service. I am in the restaurant industry and what i saw at applebees was unprofessional. Food was good!

I did not have a good experience. It started with the hostess. She opened the door for us which was nice, but after I smiled and said hi she totally ignored me and didn’t say a word. She didn’t even really smile. Our waitress kept forgetting stuff. This is the only bad visit I’ve had here. To be honest, I dont know if I’ll be back. Also the water always tastes funny.

Had a terrible visit on December the 22, I called was contacted by the general manager not only was she sweet about handling the problem she was very attentive to me and my girlfriends issue wouldn’t recommend the server but if there’s ever a problem at this location the general manager is definitely easy to talk to.

Very good Applebee’s! The server was excellent and the food quick, hot and very good! Loved the 2 for $ 25 special! Quick service which is something we haven’t noticed for the chains in the Springs!

It’s a chain restaurant so pretty much they are the same wherever you are. I like their lunch specials for half sandwich and soup. I like their
french onion soup. Club sandwich is good but without the bbq sauce please! bbq sauce on a club? ehhhhhh We were sat at a booth where the table was so wobbly we insisted on moving to another booth. Server was fine. My friend had the oriental chicken salad? and she really liked it.

Worst Applebee’s I’ve ever been to food came out burnt wrong and cold omg waitress was clueless. Why is it so hard for some one to keep your drink full and know what’s on the menu. I waited tables when I was younger I promise you it’s not that hard. Save you hard earned money folks go to Chili’s

Upon arrival there was no silverware and no napkins we had to wait a few minutes after our food arrived to get these things, couldn’t hail a waiter so we had to use this «wireless tablet» at the table to call a waiter. Wrong drinks twice in a row. Forgotten requests on refills for the kids. Sloppy plate arrangement. Absent staff and waiters in general. Worst Applebee’s I’ve ever been too. Not that it matters but the décor is absent entirely, the walls are almost bare. The staff uniforms are dated and dirty and with the «pay at the table over wireless» and when you offer them a card they tell you «just pay on this device» so they can get as little face time with the customers as possible. I will not be visiting this establishment ever again. What’s more is that I even saw it had a bad review and we went anyway! What a mistake… also…Generally rude staff.

Very disappointed with the atmosphere here. 2 little girls sitting at the bar couldn’t have been more than 6 – 8 years old… The bartender was their mother. Figured that out after 20 minutes of waiting on our food and hearing these little girls talking to «Mommy»… On the bright side our server, Jennifer was absolutely amazing!!! And the food was so so. You can’t expect much from a chain restaurant !

I ordered the roma pepper steak and I like my steaks with a little pink and it was burned on the edges and way overcooked. It was so hard to cut into and chew. Maybe things are different when you order it to go then again maybe I should have ordered a burger or something easy but I really wanted steak. My hunger for steak so unsatisfied but at least the brownie was good.

We were seated immediately. Our server was very friendly and attentive. The food arrived within 10 minutes of ordering. Prices are about average compared with other restaurants in town, maybe a little cheaper.

Worst Applebee’s I’ve ever been too. Service was slow, actually slow would have been fast. Food came out wrong and cold. Brought food out in parts because they were «making it fresh», yet even that was cold. Avoid at all costs.

happy hour from 3 – 6 and 9-​close everyday, half price appetizers! i don’t come here to drink but the food is decent and the happy hour prices are great!
