I was super happy with my shopping experience at this H&M. I had not one issue. They have basically ever section that you need at an H&M including babies and plus sizes. They had a great selection and I bought wayyy too much. The dressing rooms weren’t a hassle. The employees I dealt with in store and at the register were pleasant as can be. In conclusion, I really like this H&M. I went on a Wednesday in the early eve so it was pretty dead. I will definitely be back!

I’m a huge fan of H&M overall, which is the only reason I rate 3 stars instead of 2. Their selection of clothing is on-trend, reasonably priced, and you always find something that you weren’t expecting to see(sometimes positive, if you’re like me and enjoy quirky clothing). Sadly, this location gives the others a bad name. Clothing is terribly organized and sizes are hard to find… which is extra frustrating since H&M sizing is so inconsistent I usually have to try 3 sizes(of everything!) on just to find the right fit, if it even exists. Customer service is quite poor, and it seems almost comical at how hard it is to get someone to help you. Dressing rooms are for both men, women, and children so it results in a long line at times, and a lacks of a sense of privacy when women are trying on items like bras and a man is standing outside the curtain blabbering. However, I do like the all-gender set up since I can go shopping with transgendered friends and they don’t have to feel judged or shunned like they have when joining me in a women’s dressing room. It’s not for everyone, but again, the biggest annoyance about it is that they should have 2 areas to try clothes on to keep lines from being so long at times. This is not a store for larger people, unfortunately, or for that matter anyone with long legs who are shopping for pants. The company has a way of sizing things so poorly that although I usually wear a size 0 – 2, I end up having to buy bottoms that are 3 – 4 sizes larger than I actually wear.(And that’s not something girls like to do). Never order online unless you like returning items for a new size. I’m glad we have an H&M nearby now, but I really wish racks would be better organized, that the staff stop acting like they deserve to be paid just for breathing, and that they’d create an additional area to try on clothing. That little bit of effort would really change the shopping experience into a fun one rather than what it currently is.

The customer service at this location is terrible. Most employees act annoyed to be there and have a sarcastic attitude when you interact with them. There are a couple of employees that have good customer service and are helpful.

Just like my Tip; If you are a regular sized man over the height of 6 Ft tall, this is not a store to shop at. They sell items for small men, short and slim fit. Their priority here is clearly not their customer service. You see them walking around and purposefully avoiding you(they know you have questions about a larger size). On the positive side, They have good clothing choices for women, my wife actually loved this store and that is why I will give it 3-stars. It is a 4 star place for women, but a 1 star place for men(slim and over 6 feet tall).

It’s funny how many employees will walk by you without even acknowledging your existence. That’s cool, I’ll take my money elsewhere.

I am a big H&M fan, but I have not been impressed with this location. It seems to be more expensive than the Denver stores and does not carry the same clothing. While I love having an H&M close to my parent’s house, I would prefer to go to Denver.

The employees don’t know what coupons they do and don’t accept. If a coupon app has it that is reputable, it should be accepted. Especially if the disclaimer on the coupon does not say«Not accepted at some stores.» Learn your policies. Also this is the only store that has ever told me they didn’t accept Coupon Sherpa coupons, which I use everywhere. Other than the employee malfunction, the clothes are nice and good quality. I was shopping their very small maternity section for jeans and they only had 3 types; grey, black, and dark denim wash. Their sizes are very different from other stores too. I wear a four and their ten fit me.
