Having previously worked in retail in high school thru college, I’ve learned the number one rule is to greet and treat every single customer with respect in asking if they’d like help. On our last visit, my family were the only ones that were not greeted or offered assistance. Forgive us for enjoying an appropriate casual Sunday, wearing jeans(Gap jeans, no less) and a t-shirt, but not even a hello, or offer to hear about current specials? We spent a lot of money on this particular trip with no help from anyone, but even if we had only, bought one item, you value every customer nonetheless. I sure hope their consideration grows as large as they were trying to be in making us feel small.

Took a chance and went into Gap on Black Friday… The staff was super helpful, friendly and accessible. The store was neat and well stocked — even though I went in on Black Friday afternoon, I found everything I needed! Definitely five stars.
