Were very helpful and ended up fixing my issue with without charging me for installation and charged me for the part at the price they got it for. Really nice guys.

Both Chris(Store Manager) and Steve(Area Manager) believe in taking care of the customer. Had an issue and they both reached out to me to rectify the problem and get me squared away. Chris also personally made sure to introduce himself and ensure I was taken care first thing on my appt day. Thanks again!

I had an internal software issue with a Kenwood DNN991HD head unit that was installed by a different shop. Being an authorized Kenwood dealer I turned to Drive-In Autosound off Powers & Barnes for assistance. The staff there was tremendous and after consulting with a Kenwood Regional rep they swapped out my faulty unit for a brand new one at no charge. This is not common practice but the customer service I received was unparalleled. I will be going back to Drive-In Autosound for all my car audio & stereo needs

Great experience in every way! I had a marine radio installed in my boat. They took the time to explain issues related to my subwoofer and was charged what I was told it would cost(no hidden fees) and finished within the time frame initially informed. Friendly and honest! Thank you!!!

Dave Brown and his crew were able to solve a serious electronics issue between my vehicle’s factory computer and aftermarket head unit. This is a problem that THREEOTHER shops ahead of them couldn’t solve and told me was hopeless. The friendly and knowledgable staff, at Drive-In Autosound at Integrity Center Pt, coordinated with the various equipment manufacturers involved and had my truck working ABSOLUTELYPERFECTLY with the aftermarket system. All while I ate a delicious breakfast across the street. It doesn’t get any easier than that! Very clean and professional work, excellent customer service, and more knowledge and experience than I have encountered at most other shops around the Nation. I’m really so impressed with the experience that I will be making the drive back to them for all my future electronic work on my family’s vehicles, despite the many other closer locations to my home and work. There is no substitute for knowledge and experience in this industry, and these guys have both in spades and treat customers right! HIGHLY recommended. These guys are a rare gem in the auto sound world. Go here first and save yourself the headaches. You’ll be glad you did!

Purchased a $ 600 Kenwood in dash stereo in February, completely failed 2 months later. They would not take care of the issue, had to send it back to Kenwood. No telling how long it will take to get it back. Was told by one of the other locations that they would take care of it «Over the Counter» but had to take it into my original shop. Of course they both denied this. Was also told by another local shop that it was a «reconditioned» unit. This is a poor example of customer service and dishonestly. I will never deal with this company again.

After months of research and trips to nearly every retail audio shop between the Springs and South Denver, this was the only shop that inspired a terrific review. I’m your traditional, technical DIY’er typically trying something that I’m not qualified to do by any stretch of imagination. Those who share the«technical DIY space» know that we are not met with warm embrace in retail sales environments. At this particular location, Store Manager Chris Wigley challenged his industry’s status quo and delivered a unique experience by playing the role of an expert curator of information, rather than a salesman. He quickly gauged my car audio competence by openly discussing my project to add functional bass to my ’09 Audi with MMI while retaining the factory head unit. Chris also asked several questions to understand what my car audio goals were and immediately began making recommendations and the general steps to accomplish my objective. I was blown away and eager to spend some cash to finally get going on my project now that I had some applicable information to get going on my new adventure. A 1000W Kenwood mono-block, 1JL10W12 – 4, an AudioControl LC8i, JL amp kit, and a warranty for the amp(that covered the costs of the amp I blew during my first install attempt… thanks for not letting me leave without it Chris!), and I am a Drive-In fan for life. This what the new, sustainable business models looks like; one that caters to the DIY’er in a world of information symmetry. Go in and ask for Chris. You’ll thank me for it later.

First off, this is the 3rd or 4th time I have gone back to this store for window tint. They really need some help in customer service and sales, I called for an appointment and was told that my tint would be $ 169. When I arrived, I walked into an empty showroom. It was several minutes before someone came out to greet me(he never introduced himself) and helped me with my options. He never asked if I had been in before or how I heard about them. He then tried to convince me that my car required«special tint» because my antenna was in the back window. He said he would give me a deal for $ 495! I had to counter that; they had done my other vehicle 3 months ago(same make, model, and year) for $ 265. Bottom line — great techs doing quality tint and crappy salespeople.

Excellent service and install! I called for an appointment on a Saturday to purchase and install two 6×9 speakers in my Nissan Rogue fully expecting to wait a few days. They asked if I could come in at noon. I said sure. They showed me the options for speakers ranging in price from $ 69 to $ 300. Since I only have the stock system in the car I was looking at the $ 100 range. He could’ve easily sold me the more expensive speakers, but instead recommended the cheaper ones because my stock stereo wouldn’t have enough power to drive the more expensive ones effectively. Two installers took about 20 minutes to do the job. Everything was perfect. Power windows and door locks still worked. Door panels were secure. It looked like the door panels had never been taken off. I’ve been to places where some of the clips break and the installers didn’t replace them leaving the door panel loose. Not so in this case. Very happy with the price, install and overall customer service. I would definitely go there again!

Drive In Autosound did a great job installing a new Kenwood system. They even took the time to show me now it worked and assisted in setting up my Bluetooth. The staff was great and will defiantly come back for more!

I work right next door to this Drive In Autosound. It seemed conveinant to just go ahead and get my windows tinted here. They did a fantastic job. Peter was the one that did it. They were so great and quick too! Thank you guys! Very professional.

Do not get your car tinted here!!! Had my car brought here by Woodmen Nissan as part of my car deal to get it tinted. Got 20% all around. When I received my car, I noticed tons of scratches all over the tint. It lolled like the installer used a Brillo pad to get the bubbles out. They also refused to honor the lifetime warranty of the tint claimig customer abuse.

first time walking in. probably the last time I’ll be in this store because I’m thinking about never coming here again. I’m a potential customer looking for about $ 2k in security and audio work but another car audio store will get my business. the guy behind the counter asked if I needed help so I went over and asked a question. mid-sentence the phone rang and he promptly ignored me to take the call. dude. we we’re having a conversation and you just cut me off to answer the phone. I see your customer service priorities now. I’m right here in front if you and the person calling can wait or call back. i did a lap around the store to wait for him to finish. he did but kept answering phones while ignoring me. never got back to me. I walked out as he called after me. you should have thought about that, guy! you just lost a customer. I’m telling everyone to avoid this store if you want any kind of genuine help with stuff. if this place works for you, that’s great if you like being in an abusive relationship.

I bought a new stereo for my boyfriends Buick for Christmas. It was really well priced and it does more than he ever knew he wanted for under one hundred dollars. What I like the most is that the people there weren’t pushy. I told them what I wanted they found it and installed it quick!
