Very much sales driven. Will lie and basically do anything they can to make a commission. Had such a bad experience I filed a complaint with the the main office. I had someone call me to document what happened, she assured me I’d hear from someone in management in under a week. Well I’m still waiting and it’s been over a year. My furniture and tv are fine but I’ll never buy from them again.

Save your money and actually buy it instead of leasing there crap they get there stuff from Rent a center their employees and store manager talk out their ass and also lie about how they work. They are owned by Rent a center there crap. They wanted 2300 for a couch that sales for 989 at rent a center but still got one for a better price somewhere else that 100 times better. Never ever go to them they are scam and scum.

I had a washer and dryer installed by the delivery teams from here. My sister was the one who actually ordered the appliances, but I was home for the delivery. I could not help but marvel at the speed and efficiency of these guys. They were polite and personable, and showed me how to use the features the advanced features on each appliance. I believe their names were Jamaal and Desmond. Great job guys!

Bought a large amount of furniture and appliances this year. Already had on appliance dead after 3 months and one other that partially stopped working. We found out fast that the service department is worthless. It took many calls to the store in CO Springs and the HQ in Texas to resolve our issues. Needless to say it took 3 weeks to get a replacement on the appliance. It is going to take probably 3 more on this other issue. The way it goes is the item is broken, you call and tell them exactly what wrong, they ignore the input but schedule the service call, you take off work since service only works M-F 9am to 4pm since they are coming from Denver. They come and look at it and say, yup it’s broken and got to order the part. You wait another week or two for the part, you take off more work then fix it. Don’t bother voicing your complaint, it won’t work or make the process faster. The sales department is ok. It depends on what day it is. We went in there a few times and only saw one person I recognized on the other trips which was the next day. The 0% interest is good unless you have to wait 3weeks for your POS item to be fixed and still making payments.

Bought a couch. Cord did not work. Received new cord. Vibration did not work. Took 3 weeks to get someone to look at the couch. The serviceman came by today with no prior notification, calls me and says I need to reschedule for next week. Also, I called customer service today. Twice they forwarded me to furniture service, the automated machine hung up on me. The third time, a very nice lady named Kristi told me the phone line wasn’t working. If that was the case, WHYDIDTHEYKEEPFORWARDINGME???
