Chipotle Mexican Grill

Terrible customer service! In line tonight (fairly full restaurant) and plenty of able-​bodied employees. Ordered chicken quesadilla and 3 crunchy chicken tacos to go. They had to wait for chicken (which took about 6 minutes.) Nobody seemed to have any pep in their step. 20 minutes later I got my quesadilla which was cut with a plastic knife and way over cooked so it was super messy. Then I got home (8 minute drive away) and my crunchy tacos were soft and mushy. Ugh!!!

Definitely less than spectacular. Came into this location about a week ago and received horrible service. And even worse food. I ordered a barbacoa burrito with white rice, pico, guacamole, sour cream and cheese. Hubby ordered a steak bowel, extra steak, sour cream, cheese and corn salsa.
My burrito was swimming in liquid when I sat down in restaurant to eat. I called for a manager, they had my burrito remade. I sat down with the new burrito and after about 3 bites it was falling apart and dripping. My hubby’s steak bowel was like soup.
So my hubby called the store manager and she offered to replace the whole meal for free. We came back in tonight for the replacement meal and needless to say it was horrible. I took about 4 bites before my burrito completely fell apart and the stuffing was sitting on the foil wrapping.
I didn’t bother asking them to remake it as I was already fed up with this location. So as I ate the remainder of my burrito, I came across several pieces of the barbacoa that was all fat. I’ve never had so many pieces of fat in my burrito. It’s disgusting.
Needless to say we will not be coming back to this location again.

Not so much review of the actual chipotle (C’mon we all know the bowl is bomb) but for this particular branch.
The staffs are friendly and quick in the midst of lunch hour peak. They weren’t playing around with the laddle either coz they really pile up the chicken and rice in my burrito to the point they can’t close it. Every single time so far!
Or maybe it was because I winked at the staff. I don’t know, but 5 stars it is!

The staff are always friendly here. It’s always busy, but they consistently do a great job putting the food together. I love coming here. Usually every chipotle is great but this one really stands out with friendliest. Food quality is always great at chipotle.

Upholds the Chipotle standard… margarita’s are pretty tasty too… hard not to eat here every day of the week

I absolutely love how quick their service is. It was a great idea of a production line to get through more people. My husband was completely shocked on how fast I came back to the car. I was probably only in there for maybe one minute. And still got amazing customer service. Definitely a chipotle fan for life.

How can you complain. Its always good, Every single time. I’m happy they have a tofu option now. I just love chipotle. I do have a question though. I don’t recommend ordering online as you have to wait for them to make it anyways. Its never ready when I go there and I always go after my pickup time.

Very disappointed with the decision to exclude the vague selection of GMOs from their menu. This move was rooted in pandering to the un-​initiated and scientifically illiterate. Can’t say I’ll be supporting Chipotle with my business anytime soon.

I ordered 3 plates, got home and found only 2 plates in my bag. I have to return to get the other plate. that is not cool.

Bad timing…6:10 PM on a Wednesday and this place is busy so let’s get busy food preparers. They out of Carnitas «due to supply.» You’re a restaurant that serves Carnitas on a regular basis and you get your meat locally. What’s up with that. Guess I’ll try something new tonight.

Visited this place with my wife and a friend during a recent house hunting trip to the area, in March 2015. I haven’t been to a chipotle in several years — they just haven’t been close in recent years — but this place hit the spot! It’s your standard Chipotle fare… Great food, good atmosphere, etc. they now sell beer too — either that’s fairly new or I just never realized it! (Nothing special about the beer selection however… It’s largely macro brews.)
The only thing keeping it back from 5 stars is the price… The bill for the three of us was $ 26+, and that was with me ordering a water and no chips for the table. I didn’t realize it was going to be that pricey.
One plus was the speed of service — we walked into a packed place but I was surprised by how fast the line moved, with no degradation to service or food quality.
Other than the price, it was great!

It was taking a little bit longer than normal to cook my quesadilla, so one of the guys gave me a free soda. The food is always good here and the staff is very friendly. This location on powers and carefree seems to be exceptional.

Who doesn’t love Chipotle? This review isn’t towards the food, it’s towards the customer service. It’s happened multiple times over the past two weeks that I’ve encountered this employee. She is always working the register when we come in and is always snooty with me. You are handling cash, it’s not like your job is rocket science, therefore be a little bit nicer to your customers, because you’re the last person they have contact with before leaving. Next time I’m in I’ll catch her name. But cheers to chipotle having the best food ever.

It’s good, it’s quick but can be a bit pricey. Knowing that going in and you’ll be fine. It’s fast/​fresh food so don’t expect gourmet cuisine. I always get the bowl without the tortillas to take the leftovers home. The pulled pork is perfectly seasoned and you don’t have to deal with the random chunks of fat found in the chicken or steak. Top it off with a side of guac and chips and there’s a couple of meals for you. I do wish they’d bring back the military discount. A good place to grab a quick bite.

Like rice? Like tons of rice and paying 20.00 for it? Then this place is for you! Otherwise it NASTY!!!

Always busy, which is a sign of good food! They are properly staffed and equipped to handle the crowd! Can’t wait to eat my chicken bowl!!!

I’ve always received great service and smiles from the employees. I don’t know what Pastor Steve is talking about as I have open carried inside with no issues. I love the food as it never disappoints me. I for one do not like eating salsa or beans but Chipotle is the only place I don’t mind but actually love. I wouldn’t go far to say I’m addicted yet however I keep coming back for more.
My order never changes:
Cilantro lime rice
Pinto beans
Steak sometimes extra
Hot salsa
Sour cream
Cheese
Lettuce

I’m not even going to comment on the food. First, it is disgraceful for a company who used to give a military discount to take it away; especially in a military town.
Second, this liberal company taking a stand on guns… Well, I’ll take a stand and stay away from your pretentious over priced food!

My husband and I love Chipotle, but not this location in particular.
Chipotle is known to not be stingy with their scoops but this guy literally sprinkled a few beans over my salad. I dont even think I should call it a salad with the few pieces of lettuce that was underneath my mild sauce.
They folded my husbands burrito so horrible that it fell apart, and he isn’t well with messes.
They also forgot my quesadilla and side of guacamole. And I wasn’t the only one they forgot, there was about 2 other ladies that came back asking for their quesadillas… ridiculous service!

Oh Chipolte, my Chipotle. .. how do I love thee? Let me count the ways:
1 Fresh, delicious ingrediants
2 Employees that care, and listen, and treat the customer like they matter
3 Nice atmosphere, cool décor
4 Always clean and neat, even the restrooms
5 Terrific menu, but always the option for the customer to get as creative as they wanna be
Really, my list could go on and on, but bottom line is, this is my fave place for lunch and dinner and downright good food! I’ve been a fan since I discoved them in 2001, and never had a bad experience!
BTW, my FAVE lunch: crispy tacos, with chicken, green salsa (verde), sour cream, cheese, lettuce and my diet coke with 3 lemons squeezed into it. Absolute YUM!
