Should have read the previous review on having to wait for a table. Went there today«hungry» and got seated quick, but waited ½ hour for our food. Male wait staff with a beard, large beer belly wearing a football jersey calling female customers«dear» and«hon’ was pretty disgusting. Will probably stay away.

My husband and I ordered online, he went to the To go door just to be told he has to go to the bar because they don’t staff the to go area.(Even though the employee was at the to go area) The employee who told him this lacked any respect/customer service. Then, we got home to burned food and an incorrect order. My husband called to complain and the manager asked if he would like to come back for an order correction. We didn’t wish to drive 10 minutes a second time to repair THEIR error. She was unaffected by our complaint of their rude, lazy, and disrespectful employee. She said she will send us coupons, but that is a moot point when our concerns were not verbally acknowledged. The food was cold and burned. I ordered Honey Chipotle chicken tenders, got them home, and they were original. The manager commented that there should be a side of sauce and there was not. She also said that, if requested, they will toss the chicken in the sauce. I thought that when I ordered honey Chipotle chicken tenders, that’s what I’d get, without an additional request. I use to love Chili’s. It seems that they now hire morons who cannot fulfill simple requests that their consumers have to pay for.

If I could give it zero stars I would! It had been 10 months since we last stepped foot into a Chili’s(we last went to another Chili’s location in Colorado Springs). We walked in and only 2 other parties were waiting the hostess was new and had no idea how to work their system or tell me how long of a wait there was. The other host came back and sat us right away leaving the new hostess to still not be able to tell others behind us how long of a wait there was. We sat for 5 minutes before our waitress even stopped to ask our drink order. The drinks came out and she took our order never checked on us again, after 20 minutes and noticing that another party that came in after us was already receiving their food I flagged her down and asked where our appetizer was she said she would go check, instead she stopped at another table to ask if they needed anything. Our food. both appetizers and main course all came at once not brought by our waitress but by someone else, I asked the guy how long our appetizer had been sitting in the kitchen and he said he didn’t know but he would have our waitress come over. It took me asking the poor guy for her to finally come check on us. I asked her what happened and why our food came all at once she said it was because she put the order in all at once which makes no sense since we ordered off the 2 for 20 menu and we orderd it all at once. How does the kitchen not know to get an appetizer out first? I had to ask the waitress for the manager to come over and he didn’t seem concerned by the issue at all said he would take off the appetizer which was cold and I asked for more off he took another 5.50 off the total bill. I had explained this was the first time we had been to a chili’s in almost a year because the same thing happened at the other Colorado Springs location. We didnt even eat our whole meal because the fried pickles were cold & our fries had dust on them. We paid the bill and got out of there. We will not go to another Chili’s while in Colorado!

Haven’t been here for awhile now I know why. Had to wait 15 minutes for a table even though there were approx. 30 empty tables in the restaurant, one room had one group dining and 7 empty tables. Why these restaurants don’t gear up for the weekend I will never understand. Was told our server would be right with us, waited 10 mins to see our waiter(waiters are always horrible at their jobs and so was this one). He came by and then left right away to greet another table. Offered us the two for one happy hour drink special which we ordered then came back and said it was discontinued because Chile’s wasn’t making any money on that offer. Like they don’t tell the wait staff happy hour deals are no longer valid, like I care if Chile’s is making money on specials? My daughter ordered soup and an entrée, all entrée’s and the soup came at the same time. Does anyone in the restaurant business realize that people order soup to eat it BEFORE the main entrée. Why they bring it out at the same time I will never know. Food was average, took too long to get, service below average and when I tried to pay on their touch screen device on the table I ended up with some game popping up the screen which wouldn’t go away. An overall disappointment and based on the other reviews on this Chile’s…I’m not alone.

We popped in for chocolate lava cake for my wife’s birthday. Location was clean and updated. Staff was welcoming and quick to get our order and keep our drinks filled. They have the new table top tablets for ordering, paying, games, etc. very novel idea, and I’m sure it’s great during rush, but for me it’s too much of a distraction, I could spend the whole meal tooling around with it.

Awful experience, it started the moment we walked in and the hostess refused to seat us at a booth because my son won’t sit in a high chair and a normal chair is not safe for him. She rolled her eyes and huffed at us, and still seating us at a table. The food was not great and our waiter was overbearing and obnoxious. I don’t want to be called hon, sweetie, and darling by a waiter. Then he looked over our shoulder when we rated our experience and we tried to flag down the manager but she ignored us. We will not be going back.

VERYUNHAPPYANDDISAPPOINTED!!! Used the to go service for the first time… Food was cold and they forgot the fries!!! I even got there several minutes early to pick it up. We were on our way out of town so couldn’t really turn back… We won’t be back.

Had the Top Shelf chicken tacos. One word describes them SALTY as hell. Service was bad. My last trip to Chilis. Sorry guys the food is not what it use to be. Side note, the shelf tacos would of tastedb better with a corn tortilla not a flour tortilla. Goodbye and don’t let the door hit me on the way out.

My date and I arrived well after the usual lunch hour, but it was still quite busy – so much so that everything took forever. It took a while to be seated. The waitress was cute, friendly, and quickly took our orders, but we had to wait over thirty minutes to get our food. Thankfully we had our cell phone apps to entertain us! The food itself was quite good. The black beans were a nice change. The noise level made it difficult to carry on conversation. I wound up with a headache, which leads me suspect there was MSG in something. The women’s bathroom was a mess. Two stalls had unflushed toilets(apparently the auto flush feature wasn’t getting the job done). Even the manual button wouldn’t work on one. There were no toilet seat covers in the stall that was working. It was NIV e to see a baby changing station though. Cold water only in sink and one non-functioning faucet made washing unpleasant. The self-payment station on the table was great in theory, but there was an inaccuracy on our ticket that had to be fixed. The staff is great, and the food good, but not worth the wait, noise and questionable bathrooms. Don’t think I will be back.

Stop Coming Here! This chili’s has awful service. They just don’t care. I walked in and had to wait 7 minutes before someone addresses me. There were two couples that walked in behind me and still no one addresses our growing crowd. Then I decided to order to go and have a drink while I waited. He didn’t tell me it was Happy Hour and brought me 2 beers just for myself when he knew I was just getting it to wait for my meal.(I just wish he would have informed me) While I waited I heard 2 other tables complain about the food and the bar tender bash the menu saying they got rid of most fresh ingredients. No one apologized for the bad food either just took it off the check. They are around only because they are a national chain. This isn’t my first bad experience but it will be my last at this Chili’s.

The meat was bad ! Like get you sick bad… we asked for med rare and it came back looking like it was fully cooked. When I bit in to it I realized that it just had been sitting out so long it turn brown ! This place was dirty and the seating was to small of the amount of people.

POORMANAGMENTANDWORKERS. They don’t know how to acknowledge people walking in to be seated they will see u and walk away and wait for a server to greet u. We were sat in an area that was completely empty and the other tables were dirty. The manager and co worker were socializing more then taking care of the people in there restaurant. Our server wasn’t the friendliest(if u hate your job quit because real servers will work to earn cold hard cash). He barely came around our table to check refills or to see if we wanted anything else. Food was ok, I can honestly say I think I ate glued meat. My ribeye just fell apart while cutting through and was well aware of the lines where pieces of meats were stuck together YUCK! I am disappointed in myself for ordering it. My daughters chicken tasted fake and disgusting. It was WAYTOCHEWY for chicken. Save yourself the trip to this location and head down to the powers location. Better customer service!

This was a bad enough experience that I had to call a manager over. Though, I am pleased to report I was completely satisfied with how the manager handled things. We had to ask our server three times for our chips and salsa, and even then, another waitress heard me, and /she/went and got them for us! Our broccoli and fries were just Luke warm. The cheese that came out with the fajitas was slightly hardened. And our waiter didn’t clear away dishes. The same waitress that came to the rescue with the chips finally came over and offered to clear them. It was just kinda a bad experience. But, as I said, I let the manager know and I was very pleased with how he handled things. I’ve never been a fan of Chili’s, but wow… this was just bad. Would have been 2 stars, but I appreciated the manager’s effort. Seems like this is Chili’s to avoid.

Was a very nice & clean Chili’s with great service. I had the bacon burger(pictured) and it was super yummy. Would definitely return to this Chili’s again. Also, they have those tablet devices at all the tables where you can swipe your credit card and pay there at the table.

totally and utterly fed up with this place. Waited 15 minutes just to get drinks, then we get a rude waitress. The food took forever to come out and the place was dead. My pathetic«BLT» came out with three pieces of flabby bacon that didn’t even cover the sandwich. Asked for more bacon she brings it out after I finished the sandwich and then charged me for it. This place just gets worse and worse. I WILLNEVERBEBACK!

I’ve been eating at this Chili’s for over ten years, but much less so in the past two because it is getting pretty bad. We have friends with whom we meet regularly. In each of our last four visits, we’ve noticed a major decline in food quality, portions, and the service experience. Recently, we ordered four meals for pick up. I ordered the Caribbean Salad and my wife ordered a Chicken Sandwich. The couple we were meeting with ordered a burger and some other kind if sandwich. Imagine my wife’s disappointment and amazement to see that Chili’s had given her a total of 13 French Fries. And they weren’t full length fries either; most of them were about half size. One of our friends had skimpy fries too, and my salad was very light. My wife called the restaurant and reached the Manager. He took her name and address so I suppose he my send some gift certificates or something. In any case, we had a terrible experience here for about the fourth time in a row. I usually like the food, but they are really losing control if their kitchen it seems. I’ll try to post a picture of the fries just so everyone can see that I’m not exaggerating.

We stopped in for a drink and chips after work… One person was serving in the bar area. Service was very slow and didn’t seem interested in customers. Meanwhile, 2 – 3 other staff were focussed on trying to fix the volume on a TV set. Overall, the bar area was dirty and service was incredibly poor. I see all this is all a reflection of their management… which appears to be non-existant right now.

I have been to this Chili’s numerous times and always order the hickory burger. This time we ordered the 2 meals and an appetizer for $ 20. Well… It had a bacon burger on it as well. Turns out, it was not good. I never send food back, but this time I did. I just couldn’t take it and wasn’t going to suffer through the whole meal. They brought me the second burger, which the waitress was not happy to do, but it tasted the same. Yikes! What in the world? I am not new to this place. Turns out it was the bacon. Chilis used the cheapest bacon I have ever seen and ruined the entire experience for me. In fairness on normal occasions this is a three star expeience, but just can’t be this time.
