I was with AT&T about 6 years ago, the Tejon location was open then, and terrible. Nothing has changed, save for the floor layout of the interior. At 6P on a WED night there was one clerk there. He was friendly enough, greeting me as I entered, and at some point asking if what I wanted was quick, maybe he could help me. Judging by the time it was taking to do the phone plan explanation to the customers currently at the counter, it was obvious this wasn’t going to be quick. There seemed to be another person in the back– or the inventory was falling off the shelves. After 15 – 20 minutes worth of waiting, I left. I wont be back, and AT&T will not get my business. At every Sprint store Ive ever been to there is a minimum of 5 people on the floor, and they really focus on getting you in, served, happy, and out.

I came in earlier today for a new iPhone while running errands. I have to say my experience was pretty robotic that day until I stopped in to the AT&T store, and was actually greeted with a real and happy human being. It was pretty refreshing. Jamie seemed legitimately interested to help me, not just putting a smile on and asking what I needed. The rest of the staff there was great too and all around it was just a very pleasant experience.
