Service was quick and prompt. The staff was friendly… And to the guy who said the carna asada was stringy. You’re nuts… Eating it as we speak. Anywhere you go it’s generally around 13.00 bucks. Food is great.

My wife and I stopped by for dinner. My «go to» order in a new Mexican restaurant is the chili rellenos. If a restaurant can make good chili rellenos, every thing else on the menu is typically very good as well. And Abuelita’s makes excellent rellenos. My wife ordered chicken enchiladas and those too were excellent. Fabulous service with a warm atmosphere made for a wonderful dining experience. We will definitely be back.

I love supporting local businesses here in the springs! And my goodness this food was divine!
Husband and I both had the dinner chicken burrito with green pork chili on top and I have never had such tender and flavorful meat. The plate also came with rice and beans that were also good.
We both order horchata that was sweetens perfectly and didn’t have that artificial out of a bag taste!
Overall great experience, clean restaurant, and we are definitely coming back! Yum!

If I can give it «no stars» I would. First, they are VERY VERY overpriced. Second, they charge over 14 dollars for a carne Asada plate which was tough, small, and stringy. They charge 10 dollars for guacamole… who charges 10 dollars for guacamole? I’m sorry I had to give you a bad review but you are way too pricey for the lack of quality in food you serve. My wife and I will not be returning. Sorry… but you need to change the prices and the quality of food… If not, you will not make it.

Excellent! Very nice and respectful employees.
Atmosphere was nice, music was not too loud not too quiet. The Food was beyond delicious. I went with the barbacoa chimichanga with green chili sauce. No liquor but it’s coming soon. Close to fort Carson to be able to make a lunch trip. Prices are very reasonable and lunch prices are even cheaper. Definitely worth a try.

We wanted to try and support a new local restaurant. They are in their start up mode but all the ingredients are fresh. The chicken was fresh and our guacamole was made table side.
Our server Joel was great and informative. We look forward to coming back as the place the finish touches on this brand new establishment.
