Drive thru is the worst part. The service is just plain, like the workers don’t want to be in there. But on the plus side the food was okay.

I went here thrice in one week, just to confirm what the other Unilocalers are fussing. Yes, they are true. Customer service was horrible. No smile, no greetings whatsoever upon entering. Their faces says it all. They don’t wanna work there. With the exception of that one visit(1130am) I had, you won’t expect a friendly ambience here. So, I’d advise, if, anyone of you is really craving for some KFC delight just as much as I do, go there at noon/lunchtime. That visit was the reason I rated a 2 star. The guy at the counter greeted me and asked my order with a smile, he’s also taking the drive thru orders at the same time, and the other lady was all smile, too, after giving out my order. Although She forgot the biscuit, she responded with a cute smile and apologized. I ordered a 12pcs bucket meal and suggested if I could have thighs and breast only, the guy gladly says yes without any complaints. Unlike the other members, they would argue with you saying there should have at least wings and drumstick etc. Overall, the food was great, what you would typically expect from KFC.

I can’t believe some of these reviews are from years ago! It is still the same. A taco bell that runs out of tacos! WHAT? The drive thru must be a social experiment to see what will make people enraged enough to scream bloody murder into an intercom! You can wait in queue for thirty minutes just to be told there are no nachos … sigh. Don’t come here. The drive thru is a trap!

Notoriously bad service, that has never really improved over the last 12 years. I know people that work/live on our street have complained many times over the years, but no improvement. Today, we had a 15 minute wait before even placing our order, trapped in that Drive-Thru line. The cashier was rude, and had me repeat the order 3 times, before mumbling something indecipherable. 10 minutes later, the wrong order is shoved through the window at me. No «Thank you», «sorry for the wait», and the cashier proceeds to turn away after shoving the food at us, not even affording us the opportunity to tell him that the order was incorrect. I said«screw it», shoved the already paid for food back at him, and left. I had no time to go in and argue the point with a manager, the trip had already caused me to be 15 mins late, getting back to the office for a meeting. Do NOT go here, I think even the one at B’Burg and NY Ave has to be better than this place. About 25 – 30 mins, all told, in a DRIVETHROUGH. Shameful.

Not sure what’s going on with this location, but twice in the past few months after placing my order via the drive thru, I was told to pull around to the front and they would bring it out. During the first visit, after 15 minutes the order was never brought out, so I just pulled into the drive thru again and asked what happened. The employee said they brought it out but couldn’t find me… Then today I placed my order via the drive thru, and the employee said pull around someone will bring it out, I said no I’ve done this before, they never brought it out the last time. Employee said, No we will bring it out, pull around. I said OK, but I need my change first. Then the employee said no, they’ll bring that out too! Huh? Sounded sketchy to me, so I took my cash back and said forget it. Needless to say… I won’t be back.
