I am never coming back here again!!! I’ve given it 3 tries thinking it would be different the next visit but it just keeps getting worse. Probably the worst taco bell on the planet. They don’t make anything the same way it’s made at every other taco bells I’ve been to. They’re really slow. The food tastes so nasty and I don’t even trust eating it. Sadly, this is the closest taco bell for us from DC but even though it’s my favorite fast food restaurant, it’s not worth going to this one. The food is gross and they’ve messed up my order every time I’ve gone.

Honestly. I think this may be the WORST Taco Bell/​KFC under the sun. Unfortunately, I have been here more times than I would like to admit, solely because it is the closest to my apartment. My multiple experiences here allow me to EASILY say that this is the WORST TB/​KFC, ever. Come to think of it, I have never had a positive dining experience here. I have eaten inside (one time, that is all it takes to know you shouldn’t do it again) and I have also had the pleasure of driving thru, which actually probably takes longer than dining in, especially if you include the time it takes where you are looking through your bag to make sure you got everything on your order and then going back inside because it is NEVER right.
Anyways, this review was FINALLY written because of my experience last night. Drive thru. 3 things missing from order. Went in and got them. Arrived at home. Pulled my meal out of the bag. Opened up my side of cheese and found…(see picture).
TOUGH call for me because sometimes TBell cravings just simply CANNOT be cured and you simply have to make the run. I am sure I will continue to go here in desperate times and I will ultimately get what I deserve for returning. But, I just had to vent a little here. I mean, come on!!! Get it together!!! Absolutely ZERO customer service, accountability, sense of urgency, etc etc.
PS– KFC Nashville hot chicken is AMAZING. Nothing to do with this location, just a simple side note for anyone reading this review and has any interest at all in trying it, IT IS DELICIOUSSSSSSSS!!!

This is possibly the worst Taco Bell in the universe. I used to visit the place once every couple of weeks, but there have been a slew of problems. First, on multiple occasions, they have messed up my order. One time, I had to go to the counter twice because they messed up my order twice! Second, this place isn’t exactly hygienic. The tables are usually very dirty, as in there are food crumbs on the tables. Third, the food isn’t all that great — and not just «oh it’s fast food, what did you expect?!» Instead, the tortillas tend to be consistently dry and flaky. If they aren’t dry and flaky, there’s a good chance that they’re wet with droplets of water. In addition, the hot ingredients are sometimes room temperature or even cold. The final straw that made me decide to never eat here again was when I found a used dirty glove with one of my burritos!
The only redeeming features of this place are:
1: They readily refund angry customers.
2: Jannon, one of the cash register clerks, is very nice and helpful.
Otherwise, steer clear of this Taco Bell!

I hope you don’t mind waiting an hour for your food.
Don’t know why it takes forever to get food. But it does. Drive thru, inside, it doesn’t matter. Why do I even come back here?

I honestly don’t understand any of the reviews this place is awesome and the girl at the window was so sweet ! I was here for a convention out of town read the reviews and glad I disregarded it but deserved a grand review!!!

Worst everything. Hours are till 12am. They shut down everything on the menu at 11pm. Staff is lazy, unorganized, and and care less about customer service. This place needs to be cleaned up.

This visit was out of curiosity. The first time we were here, it was a bigger disappointment. This visit was better but still lacked. Our orders were timely and correct. There were food bits on the table. The air conditioning hasn’t worked on both visits to this location. If you want perfection, you probably won’t find it here.

I experienced the most unprofessional and appalling example of customer service here last night! The Cashier and Manager’s attitude was utterly ridiculous and I will NEVER patronize their business EVER again! If I could give this post «0» stars I would.

I hate to give them 5 stars like they’re really all that because it is Taco Bell. But seriously, what do y’all expect? It’s Taco Bell! I went midday and had no line or wait of any kind in the drive-​thru. The guy that took my order was friendly and prompt. The food was what I ordered and tasted how I expected it would. It’s Taco Bell. Lower your expectations and accept that this one is just fine. Prompt, friendly service with correct orders. And isn’t that really all you need from Taco Bell?

This is the slowest drive thru I’ve ever been through! During my first visit, I waited 10 minutes to order (there were only 2 cars in front of me). After ordering, I waited another 10 minutes to get my food. We ordered some of the grillers and it wasn’t even wrapped properly or grilled. Pretty much, imagine an extremely poorly wrapped, loose burrito. During my second visit (and I hope it’s my last), I only waited about 8 minutes to order and received my food about 5 minutes later. Sounds much more promising than my last experience– or so I thought. Our drinks weren’t anything we had ordered. We even double checked the receipt and saw that they put the correct order but still gave us the wrong drinks. If you’re desperate for Taco Bell or KFC, I guess this place will have to do. Just be sure to plan ahead and get ready to exercise your patience!

The food didnt taste that great, the lines were very slow. For a second I thought the old man was taking a nap on the register, and they repeatedly messed up our orders. I have had better tasting taco than this place. The taco taste like something straight from the grocery store. I just hope I don’t end up blowing up the toilet later!

Slowest drive through I’ve even been too. Seriously Taco Bell, you need to investigate this location. Sitting for 20 minutes with three cars ahead of me and still waiting.

This place is crazy busy on Friday night we went around 9:00 PM and there was a constant line. Like the other people have said, they will mess up your order in every way possible and the food here is a tad off for some reason.
I tried the much hyped doritos tacos and they were terrible! The hot wings were really fresh and tasty but it doesn’t taste like the hot wings at other locations. Also, the cook decided to hook us up with double the amount of tacos that we ordered. I am not really sure why but he seemed pretty pleased with himself afterwards when he came up to us. We were the only Asians in this joint, so maybe he’s promoting diversity? I am not too sure why he decided to do that, but still manage to forget my order of wedges. In sum, great location, late hours, but food and service is interesting. I shall be back.

The SLOWEST fast food drive-​thru in the DC area, possibly the country. And it’s been like this for years. You might as well go to a sit down restaurant or cook it yourself.

I swear this place can not get any slower, saddest KFC/​taco bell. Do not come here, unless you don’t mind waiting 15 to 20 minutes for your «fast food».

THIS KFC/​TACO BELL TAKES THE «FAST» OUT OF FAST FOOD. I waited 10 minutes to get up to the drive thru speaker only to be told drive up to the window to place my order. It took another 15 minutes to get to the window only for the worker to tell me they did not have any chicken taco salad. I wish this was an isolated incident, but it’s not. Their customer service standards are awful. Don’t waste your time patronizing this establishment.

I have been to plenty of Taco Bells in my life and I know what’s good TB and what’s bad TB. This place is BAD TB! The cheese is not melted, the burritos are cold, and my burrito was practically empty. Go somewhere else.

Everytime I get food from a Taco Bell when I travel, I’m reminded at how good the quality of the food can be. Because, here– It’s horrible. Most times, there is a significant problem with the food. The tortillas are dry and have hard parts, the meat is runny and greasy and soaks the wrapper, the beans are dry, lettuce is brown and the Nacho cheese is watered down. Oh, and every time I’ve ordered nacho chips, they are either cold or stale. Top it all off with the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Run far away from this Taco Bell/​KFC. I leave customer feedback everytime I go and nothing changes. I just know I can’t get good Taco bell until I travel at least 100 miles away from DC.

ok I know Taco Bell is not real mexican food, but the new menu looked better then the stuff i remembered so I tried the xxl nachos. Never ever a good idea.
for those of you who care, the cheese is not real cheese. its that water added stuff and its terrible. This Taco Bell is probably gonna close sooon anyway. They have had issues with there outside ordering system since someone drove over it. but the food is nothing to remember. I lived in Houston for 8 yrs, so when i crave Mexican its got to be better than microwave beans and rice.

To whom it may concern,
I’m writing to express my dismay as to the disorganization and lack of professionalism exhibited during my recent visit to Taco Bell/​KFC (Store# Y075018). It took over 13 minutes to prepare our order even though there were less than 4 other customers before us. We originally intended to dine-​in but ended up walking out as soon as possible given the restaurant’s lack of cleanliness; particularly the restrooms.
Upon further inspection, we observed that many employees were idling around and few — if any — were actually preparing food. The apparent manager was socializing with a friend and seemed more concerned about getting her order than servicing the customers. In general, employees seemed apathetic and managerial oversight non-​existent. We even saw employees taking trash out the front door, which may or may not be a DC health code violation.
As for the food, it was poorly assembled and unappetizing. The Fresco-​styled Burrito Supreme was folded into a square. The gorditas for the Supreme Gorditas were stale, included no more than 2 tablespoons of meat.
We strongly advise you to inspect the operating procedures at the Bladensburg Rd KFC/​Taco Bell. It is restaurants like these that remind me why I don’t step foot into Taco Bell restaurants more often.
