Don’t know what previous reviewer said about bread… nice homemade wheat! Chicken salad very good!

I honestly love coming to must be heaven but I get the same thing every time– I can’t vouch for the sandwiches because I’ve never had one. I always get the heavenly special. I get the stuffed avocado with chicken salad and I use spicy mustard to dip it in. They have 3 soup options and I usually just pick a broth based soup. I love that it comes with a drink and is still under $ 8! That is reasonable compared to mccalisters or other deli places in town. Their peach tea is great! I love bringing students here. Their pies are so delicious! Get them a la mode! Perfect way to end lunch :)

Just a plain old sandwich shop. I came before the weekend lunch rush on a game day and I still had had to clear my own table to sit down. After a second attempt of getting my order correct. I had a mediocre sandwich. Nothing really to rave about. Prices seemed fair and the coffee was good but overall this place kinda sucks.

Good soups great food overall. Prices are slightly high but you get what you pay for I guess. I have always enjoyed the food from this joint. Specially the soups absolutely love them!

Yikes! This restaurant is going on my To-Don’t list. Had a Reuben that could have used about a tablespoon less of dressing. Ok, not so bad. However, the water was un-drinkable. I’m a College Station resident so I’m used to our tap water, but this was UN-DRINKABLE. The tea and lemonade were also tainted with that weird taste. Made me wonder about the cleanliness of the ice machine or water lines. I’m sorry, I won’t be returning to Must Be … Yuck.

Great broccoli cheese soup but poor service. I suggest calling your order in and then take out.

Food is good just as it is in Brenham. But there’s not a clean table in the place & only 2 tables are occupied. One young person is in the phone, one is propped up on the counter just starting into space, one walking around & one filling up the chips. Nothing like the one in Brenham! Quite disappointing.

Soups are good. The sandwiches aren’t bad. Tried a salad — not so great. Just not fresh. But for sandwiches, soups, it’s a decent place.

The food is simple and yummy but my last visit here made me not want to return. I’ve never experienced the friendliest service here, but this time it just really rubbed me the wrong way. The lady who took my order was not only rude, she also did not give me my change back… Excuse me? Why would I tip you for treating me like I’m some scum of the earth? She then when on to yell and embarrass one of the other coworkers who was actually doing her job, and this was in front of customers… It must not be heaven working there. Good food. But the service is far from exceptional, and I will think twice before going here again.

Simple sandwich that is good but way overpriced. The chocolate pecan pie is amazing! Just wish you walked away feeling like you received enough food after the way it is priced.

Cute little sandwich shop, great for lunch break. Not the best atmosphere. I love the tuna sandwich.

So. Yes, the food is great. I just found it too expensive for what you received. I don’t want to rant, because I enjoyed myself while I ate here. But it was enough for me not to want to return.

Everybody hating on Must Be Heaven needs to chill. This is with out a doubt the best sandwich shop in town. If it wasn’t, it wouldn’t be crazy busy all the time! I also love their tea selections. The chicken salad sandwich is the best thing that ever happened to both chicken and salad, it must be paired with the to die for broccoli cheese soup(It’s literally the best broccoli cheese soup in the world). It’s not hard to rack up a twenty dollar tab here due to the fresh cookies and pies on display, but one must stay strong and fight the temptation. People complain about it being dirty but the fact is there’s limited seating and customers don’t have the option to dispose of their own trash, so when you see some one get up you promptly take their seat. Meanwhile there’s someone walking around trying to bus all the tables, this place is packed give them a break if you push the plates to the side some one will remove them. If you want to settle — go to subway it’s the same price after chips and a drink.

Just went there and ordered two chicken broccoli baked potatoes and a drink to go. I fixed my drink and then waited for ten minutes only to overhear one of the preparers say, «We don’t have any baked potatoes.» to another preparer. The cashier who took my order just continued to wait on other people. I finally cut in line and say, «So you don’t have any baked potatoes??» and he answeres, «No.» I tell him to just give me my money back and he rudely asks if I want to keep my drink. Really!!! No apology? No complimentary drink for my trouble?

The first thing we noticed when we walked in were all the empty tables, none of which had been wiped down after the previous customers finished their meals. Gross. I wanted to try one of the soups, so I asked if any of them were vegetarian. The person working the counter didn’t know, so he went to the back to ask. The response was that all their soups are gourmet, they don’t make them at the restaurant, and they don’t know what’s in them. Seriously? In a world of food allergies and varying dietary preferences and restrictions, you can’t tell me the ingredients in your food? After scratching the soup idea, I thought I’d try a salad. I wanted a caesar salad but with oil and vinegar instead of caesar dressing(since caesar dressing has anchovies in it). Unfortunately, the ingredients for oil and vinegar dressing were not available. So I settled for the avocado and sprout sandwich. Overall it was a good sandwich. The avocado spread was really good, but the single slice of tomato on it was laughably small – probably 1.5 inches in diameter, enough to cover about two bites of the sandwich. I would have to agree with another reviewer that this place appears to suffer from lack of management. During our meal, several tables were vacated and never cleaned. I cannot imagine a reputable establishment that’s unable to tell patrons what’s in the food they’re eating. And everyone behind the counter appeared to be a college student, with no real grown-ups in sight. Next time we’ll just drive the extra two miles to Jason’s Deli.

If you are in this area of College Station and searching for a lunch restaurant, scratch this place off of your list. It stinks. Unless of course you enjoy filthy tables, fountain drinks without carbonation, long long waits for a simple tuna sandwich. Must Be Heaven in Brenham Texas= great experience. Must Be Heaven on Rock Prairie in College Station= a waste of time and money. The problem with the Rock Prairie store is that the lack of leadership on their staff. I’m certain that they run their business without a manager. Are you an unemployed restaurant manager? Please go offer your services to this place. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I’d rather eat at Taco Bell than this place.

Went to this place as a friend recommended it. Walking in, I was a little confused as where to go and where were the menus. Finally figured out that the food menu is around the corner but you can’t see it until you are at the counter to order, not helpful. They also had some ratty, worn out laminated menus right at the register, again, not helpful when you are waiting in line. I decided on the chicken salad sandwich and my daughter ordered the French Dip. My sandwich was so full of salad that I could only eat half and took the other half home. My teen son who doesn’t typically like chicken salad ate it the next day and liked it. My daughter’s french dip did not look impressive but looks were deceiving. It was SO delicious. We wanted to order pie but we were full. The pies look SO good. The places is quite dated and seems old inside. In the restroom and around the drink area doesn’t seem the cleanest which made me concerned about the food area. While we enjoyed the food, the inside of this place bothered me. It needs updating and cleaning. Get the food to go.
